If I was a big whale, I wouldn’t feel comfortable with btc dropping below the $3000-$4000 area. That makes it easier and leaves the unnecessary risk for big players and large capital moving in, and taking large market shares. Limiting your your ability to manipulate and control the market, to the extent you have been able to do so far.
But that’s just ONE of many factors and variables to keep in mind.
My 2 sats.
BTC is done, BCH will soon flip it and hopefully BTX will be close behind. But for the next 30-60 days it’s ginna be really painful for those who can’t handle seeing a huge drop in their portfolio’s value.

I have yet to see anything meaningful from Craig and nChain. But i believe Calvin Ayre, is the kind of dude that gets shit done, and moves things along proper. People like him, usually mean money in the bank. One way or the other And then involuntary time in another country of course, that has no extradition treaty with the US. But that’s besides the point He’s the kind of guy that probably has a shark tank in his house And he feeds those sharks with live tigers. He makes Craig look like a quire boy.

I wanna hold you, wanna hold you tight I wanna hold you, wanna hold you tight I wanna hold you, wanna hold you tight Yeah teenage kicks right through the night, c'mon

I have only faith in BTC. I can not support altcoins that are born from the idea to bring down BTC. Those who put their eggs in altcoins pushed forward by Gavin or Craig, do make a mistake.
And at moments I am sad to see, how a pure project in the beginning, can be derailed by propaganda, or even attempts to centralize or control crypto. Not to mention ripple.
I support only BTC, XBT or the core project and at some level, LTC. In my view all other altcoins that abuse the name bitcoin, are doomed and will be a failure in the long run.
But I can be wrong. As I was wrong to have complete faith in some people.
But who am I to speak. People expect I stay a ghost in the shadow. But one day, we become all a ghost and they say, we will known the real truth of all.
Personally I think BTC will rise again, much higher then a lot will expect right now.
You can not beat the original.

I cannot agree completely but I get why you think like you think. Actually if you take a rapid glance back in history all you'll see is the "original" being too overrated because people tend to stick to what most people stick too until... of course they realize that the original has flaws that eventually needs a solution which almost always occurs as a replacement of the "original". All one can do from a neutral point of view is to compare all the top cryptos for real world value in form of daily use and not lean too much on any side. Also, this is my opinion and as anyone else I can be tremendously wrong. But I try to stay neutral. WHexa

WHexa Good point, however most common investors have no clue yet as to what blockchain technology is and what it offers. The whole crypto market is driven by sentiments and emotions. No logic.

I talk to Craig regularly and he’s working hard, relentlessly behind the scenes. People are making a huge mistake discounting him. Even small blockers like Cobra are coming around and admitting BCH is a better payment system than BTC. Top guy from Blockstream/Core [like Gmax] are quietly leaving BTC development. Maybe BTX can attract some of them.

@Vlad2Vlad is the most smart guy here.. Most active, most funny guy & most helpful in the thread; even better than our devs team because Vlad2Vlad ..he always tries to answer us...
And also don't forget he is also the most harmful product for this BTX community..
I think he personally loves BTX a lot.. And I think community also loves... However I like him much...

3 merit bribe points for your honesty. I actually love this coin and the devs are some of the best I’ve seen. If you read my posts I’m not harmful as it’s pretty obvious I’m extremely bullish. I’m just having some fun and I believe the price will continue to go lower so people should be prepared. Cheers!

Owh snap... what a waste of letters and syllables. :p But seriously if anyone has 100% confidence in any COIN its just based on hype and speculations. Especially BTC as they do not have official devs as far as I know. I always remind myself that this amazing technology is still newborn and needs a lot of mammary milk and tons of diapers to change before it reaches the teenage state, let alone maturity. I love the tech and support it all the way no matter what value it withholds at any particular moment. Highlights and spotlight should be directed to a very very very important point. Money to be invested should be money you're completely ready to loose at any given time. So let's change the diapers on this baby, everyone take turns! PS thanks for the link, gave my vote too.

Wot?!? 60 days from now?? I'm already seeing a huge drop for 30 days, another 60 days like that and it will be dust OTOH i'm hodling everything, even buying a few drops here and there
