@dgcarlosleon:

the word "Desing"  in the lower left corner of all your banners - is it intentional, or is it just misspelled "Design"?

If thats the latter, you might want to fix it.

Thank you very much, transcription error. Fixed for the next publications

Hi Guys,

I'm mining bitcore with T-Rex now, using the megabtx algo with an Nvidia Geforce 1060 6g card. I'm on Ubuntu 20.04. Overclocked my memory by 500Mhz - which is the standard. Very good share acceptance rate.

I'm getting 4.3 Mh/s

Is this normal or am I doing something wrong? I heard it can go 4 x faster than this. I mine ethereum at the expected hashrate (around 23Mh/s) so can't be my drivers or settings.

Can I make this better? I tried wildrig and the hashrate was even lower.

**edit**

Got this from what to mine:

TimeTravel10 16.80 Mh/s @ 90W

looks like the new bitcore algorithm megabtx produces a lower hashrate than TimeTravel10, which could explain this

A very famous person on this forum has rumoured that Bitcoin core developers will be joining BTX team.I can't say who it was because I think he might be a very real illuminati type (not the fake deluded ones ;-) ) so don't want to get on the wrong side of him but is there any substance to this rumour?

Retarded and surely bollocks. Can not be true. No bitcoin developers will work for free on a shitcoin project. And I dont see it happening for another reason - there is virtually no reason (at a present time) for the capital to flow in to shitcoin realms, money remains locked up in bitcoin as the main investment vehicle, hence it is very unlikely that people would lend their time towards massively involving themselves with random shitcoins.

Retarded ... bollocks. ...shit...shit...shit...

One reason investors would gravitate towards newer technologies and open minded communities like Bitcore is the degenerate language characteristics of the bitcoin maximalists.

I think one of btx team's biggest mistakes was not paying Binance for a listing, the lack of exchanges has brought btx to the current price point imo.

The lack of exchanges is a big problem... also the CME blocking.

It was not possible to list Bitcore there. Binance / Bittrex / Bitfinix has an own police for any listing. They can also easy create own projects for own exchanges.

If Binance, Bittrex, Bitfinex are strict with their listing verification and approval, you can filter other exchanges.

I nominate the old exchange, TradeOgre. I know it is not a big exchange but it has run many years and I guess they have not strict listing rules.

Unfortunately this is a reality that affects countless projects and not just BTX, but if the project is good, Binance will list without any effort and for a coin that has already cost $40, it's not impossible to be recognized and to be listed.
Has the BTX community increased in recent years despite the low prices?

All thats needed is one big exchange but bitcore had big volume on cryptopia and that wasn't a major exchange. The real big chance for BTX is an actual major retailer/card provider or something adopting it as a form of payment. Then nobody would care about what exchange its sold on as long as they could get it somewhere. Chinese exchanges like FATBTC are a good option too for btx

A pretty big dump yes, but prob not the biggest in history.  Several big coins now have early charts that look like Bitcore.  I'd say after 3 to 4 years in the shadows the coins are going to be pretty hard to accumulate in bulk causing the price to slowly trickle up
