I think you can try, not trying is the sin. It is people like you who sits on the fence that is delaying the project. 99% the ICO should be over in an hours time. A great success for the team, they deserve all the credit for the job welldone

One of the benefits of the PTOY token is that it will allow the holder to rent storage space and execute smart contracts. That's a benefit to the medical providers who are subscribed to the service. In addition, the Patientory app will allow patients to create an individual profile. On this profile, they will be able to store their medical information on a secure, HIPAA-compliant blockchain platform. Then they can connect with care providers as well as other patients who have similar health issues or concerns. Anyone who's had the ... ahem ... "pleasure" of juggling a care team of multiple doctors and specialists spread inside and outside different hospitals and offices will know how huge of a benefit this is.

The exchange invested in the ico and trade İOU tokens right now. These are no real tokens but they are backed by the exchange.

I think is not real Ptoy coin
or maybe only IOU trade, same with in liqui, but ussualy IOU trade can open if ico selling is end, hitbtc is very early IOU trade
