let's assume they got haked and they are not scamming.

why they took so many times to warn people?

We want the full log of the hack and also the hack method they have used to take control of the web site.

If the server was psw protected with a 24 char psw no one can hack it, so tell us how you got hacked? You have used a psw like 12345 ?

Unbelievable situation, the project is already dead , also if you will give the coin to the scammed people. No one will belive you anymore. Make a full refound of the wihite list contribution (included taas) and change work, because you can't run a crypto project.

this is my though

let me think about this situation clearly,

1. i make announcement " hey everybody, i will launch the ico, this is the apps we would use ( going to hire some ultra beginer developer to make beta apps ) "
2. i advertise my ico launch date
3. when ico date comes, i make a new eth wallet in MEW then i put it on website.
4. i watch the eth coming to my New Eth wallet i just made
5. when i check it reach 7 million and i feel its enough for me i write in ann thread and twitter " hello my fellow supporter and investor, our website is getting hacked and hacker put his address on it "
6. i let people reacting...screaming...
7. i announce to people " hei my fellow supporter and investor, dont worry we will send you our token even if you send it to hacker address ( the fact its also my address )
8. i act like a hero who put my money on this project because of hacker.

this is just my negative though

however we did not know what is really happened, right now

We o ly need 1 ETH to make a 1.000.000.000 token, right ?

1 ETH to make 7 mill and act like a heroo
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Good luck developers and don't let your investors down because they trusted you and your project for their hard earned money.

Is that desperation or Stockholm Syndrome? Anyway, I feel for you man. I am sorry you got scammed.
Please learn something from this. Find better projects to invest in, don't fall for these ICO scams anymore.

Anyone know the answer to this question?

I have searched on the Etherscan page for the Fake address and neither my tx code nor my wallet address appear there in the list of 2000+ transactions, I have all the info of the transactions and it currently has over 640 confirmations.

Is there any chance the transaction will not be received and refunded to my wallet?

Please remember what happened here for future "ICOs" - inform others, spread knowledge... how many more people will have to lose their hard-earned money?

Refund all money to whitelist and close this shit.

It's how the team repay stolen money is not a problem whitelist participants.

Have you all seen how arrogant dev was just before ico start, few pages back? Karma bitch.

And finally, only whitelisted chaps and some "unlucky" others will get their tokens.

Well, good luck with that.

These eth based ico are very dangerous. But in this case I think it was suspicious. They don't have any control on ico site?
They should do a registration form with a single generated address per person.

You can't put simply an address on a website and tell people "please pay here"  Undecided Undecided

That is huge amount $ 7 millions were stolen from the ICO money through that hacking. Team has secured only $ 6.5 millions. It is big big loss but team's statement on official site is very encouraging as they will keep the project up with remained money in hands. Everyone will get paid this is highest example of professionalism.

NO, because doing this they will damage all!

They should use their 6.5 million to refund the 7 million stolen.

Shame this project turned out like this, i liked the vision and thought they were legit from their videos. Lucikly i was out today or i would have invested

There is no way in 1 million years that i would ever now use their platform to trade on and hand over my API key

Its over Coindash team, kindly refund everyone that send funds to the right address immediately and either return that $7 million or face the real prospect of ppl coming after you to get it back and maybe kill you even, unfortunately having large amounts of money stolen tend to make ppl angry and as this is the internet you truly dont know which person could be investing, maybe they could even be mafia

Either way this project is dead

I hope this can be a lesson for other ICOs, they should improve their security so that things like this do not happen again

Unfortunately it seems there's no good solution for all here. The people who sent to right address will have to compensate the ones who didn't is basically what the team is saying. Don't know, maybe it's better to just give ETH back, but than there are no tokens for the people who got scam address.  Undecided

What are you talking about?
The "devs" didn't lose anything, they earned $6 million
It's people who invested that lost their money and will get worthless tokens in return.
