I can't wait for this to hit the exchange. The mass wake up call to this miners with regards to price will be too real. Yes Jesus! I will be waiting downstream.
Is this coin on no exchange so far? Bittrex requires a fee I think. it's not on an exchange yet but it seems that it might be heading to Topia really soon. Cryptopia would be a first step. But I think it should also be prioritized to get it on even more exchanges. Indeed. Cryptopia is a good exchange but bittrex is better, if not the best. Did the devs tried to list Bismuth on Bittrex? And I also think that a chinese exchange will be good for Bismuth, maybe BTC38 or Bter where is easy to get. Hope will get soon to an exchange because is a 3 months old coin or more. Yes, I think Bittrex charges a flat fee (incl. a source code check), but do not guarantee to list the coin even after payment or something like that. However, if you know the code is clear, I guess you won't have to fear that they cash in but not list the coin.

Interesting times ahead Finally. Many people are very eager to buy the coin and this gives a chance for GPU miners to dump their stash my gpuminer only gives 10bis/day, not worth it. (tomorrow will be a funny day, i guess) How many GPU you have, also what Algo this coin is on, now where mentioned, also pool dont mention network hash and pool hash. Not sure already mentioned in this thread but , dont see on this page at least @fonship the algorithm is SHA224 as stated in the specifications. Is there a GPU miner already availabe to the public? Anyone can share the link? Also can I mine on the pool using windows OS, I didn't find any tutorial to do so, only for ubuntu and linux users. If you take a look at the difficulty only explanation would be that only a few people have the advantage mining with a GPU the rest using CPU are biting the dust, my suggestion would be to wait for these few GPU miners to dump their coins and buy in cheap instead of wasting your time mining it with a CPU. This does not make any sense. As soon as a GPU miner is released the coin difficulty and price will skyrocket. If there are indeed GPU miners they will not dump before releasing the miner and raising the difficulty first.

Not sure how else we could explain the mining difficulty right now which is already too high considering the total coin supply which is like 100 million coins.

Its relatevely easy to develop a GPU miner for this coin nd I believe it exist for at least 3 months. But sell proposals looks shady to me. I think its time to release the GPU miner for public use if it was developped long ago and the best profit was already seized.

The GPU miner will be made public as soon as accumulation is done. Beware of scam attempts. No one will sell you their miner. Also there is another source saying online wallet is coming. Cryptopia integrated bismuth successfully and will list within a week. So good times.

What is BIS trading for OTC these days? Project will surely be a hit, but might take a while before doing so. Rarely do we see a coin nowadays that is not an ETH token or a BTC fork ('s fork).

Ok guys CPU mining is still worth it. Here is an updated guide to mine bismuth on https://bismuth.acc-pool.pwI recommend using google or digital ocean for CPU mining. You should get around 300k-500k h/s per Core. Price per core can vary between 0,01 cent and 0,029 cent/hour. 1. Fire up a CPU optimized droplet 2. Install ubuntu 3. Install dependencies * sudo apt-get install python-twisted * sudo apt-get install python-pip * sudo apt-get install python-pip --fix-missing * sudo apt-get install python-socks * sudo apt-get install unzip 4. Download miner zip file wget " https://www.dropbox.com/s/reeg9btnylndwrj/MinerV3.zip?dl=0" 5. Unzip Miner file * unzip MinerV3.zip?dl=0 6. CD into miner file * cd MinerV3 7. Create text file to use for launching miner * touch startminer.bash 8. Edit startminer.bash for your address, worker name and threads * nano startminer.bash startminer.bash default text example to put in startminer.bash file ./miner bismuthaddress rigname Replace bismuthaddress with your address (see 11.) 9. chmod files to be executable * chmod +x startminer.bash * chmod +x miner 9 1/2. * tmux ( If not installed run * sudo apt-get install tmux ) Then run: ./startminer.bash Then press ctr + b + d. You can then close the SSH session and the miner will keep running. On reconnect to reopen to terminal window with the miner running use this command. * tmux attach 10. start miner using the startminer.bash file (If you used tmux for vps then no need to do this command again. Ignore 9 1/2 if installing to mine on a local machine) * ./startminer.bash 11. Link for node and wallet https://github.com/hclivess/Bismuth/releases/ or use the online wallet made by euroline https://biswallet.acc-pool.pw
