2. on my 2 rigs i mine bismuth, but on 2 second a was mine 24h and after that i have 0 hs/s and this message:

how solve this?

You must delete that lock file to get the miner to work again.. This happens to me everytime stop and restart miner.  I ended up putting this in my bismuth.bat before the miner runs file:

timeout /t 4

I also setup a scheduled task to kill the miner exe at the top of every hour, so it loops and runs fresh.  Don't know if that helps here, but it helps alot on ZCash.  Since a new round starts at the top of every hour, i thought that would be a good time to restart the miners.

You can remove me from the list.  My deposit showed up a couple of hours after trading resumed.  I'm assumed it was still catching up.  I have since made another deposit, which took about an hour to show up.  I closed my ticket since the issue self resolved.

I don't think you were part of the original group with the problems because your deposit happened AFTER their trading was halted on Jan 21.  All of our problems are before they halted trading, from Jan 1 to 20.  Thanks for the update!  I will remove you from the list.

We are working on it. So far coinexchange.io said is to complicated to implement custom algorithm, bittrex refused, yobit is out of question. We have submitted a ticket to kucoin.com, we are waiting for an answer.

1. the message is like your wallet as the wallet address from cryptopia is common to all users. You must imput the "message" provided by cryptopia on the "open field data" from your wallet and check the message checkbox option.

2. about the error come to our slack or discord and ask in there, there are a lot of miners who will help you.

I definitely agree with the person above ^^^, however my "lost" withdrawal came immediately after a 2 BIS transfer test was successful.  The only difference was I put a note "test" on the test one that succeeded.  No note on the much larger second withdrawal which has disappeared apparently and I'm not too happy about.

Yeah i tried sending 2 different TXs to cryptopia, one with checking the message box, and one without. Both TXs did not show up to cryptopia.
