I'm actually playing with ETH when gambling and most of the time using BTC, but the problem is that BTC is getting expensive and when your think about it when gambling the price of BTC is high and if you just gamble it than saving it you can lose a lot of amount than just saving it and keep the value increasing. This is why I try myself not to gamble whenever I have a free time, I just distract myself to other things like playing video games or sports just so that I won' tempted to gamble using BTC or ETH. I know that what I'm doing is worth it and also that I won't get addicted on gambling. I know that BTC will be big in the future and I will not regret on saving it than using it to gamble.

i think this is why that many people is using other coins to playing gambling and they don't want to use their bitcoin because bitcoin itself become worth to sell. i think ETH is still getting expensive too like bitcoin, the only one coin that i know is still cheap is dogecoin and we can buy much of doge in the market then we can use to playing gambling.

I think its the other way round.   The fastest rising coin is the most expensive to gamble with maybe.   The reason being if you lose ETH and its gone up 25% in a few days your loss looks far worse, especially if it was your last gamble of the day and then you come back and the value has risen over night.

Bitcoin or ETH is ultimately similar value just in different numbers, same as any currency, euro or Yen doesnt matter if the number is high.   Its also how easily I can get hold of that currency, more miners are in ETH so really it should be more available and people could just gamble what they mine.

You analogy is on the place, but what stops someone to adjust bets accordingly with his bankroll. You know how much you have, and with odds you know how much you expect in return. If betting with
bitcoins is more expensive, then profit is higher in the end.
It is not matter with which currency you are gambling, in gambling odds are more important and with that odds you calculate your possible profit when you multiply it with your bet. Expensive gambling
for me is everything over 100 euros, that is 0.2 BTC, tomorrow that can be 0.05 BTC, this is limit that everyone of us have here, for some people 100 euros is nothing, just a first bet.

BIG WINNER!

to me i think that if you are treting everything in bitcoin then it may not be a problem for your. because bitcoin is your basic currency then. but if you are converting your fiat into bitcoin then it can cause it to your.

When bitcoin keeps on mooning I decided to stop playing dice because its to expensive and I can't afford to lose big amount of money anymore. I used to play in bitsler most of the time and though they have option to use LTC, ETH, DOGE and now BURST to play with I still think it won't be a good idea to gamble now because I believe that in a couple of years these coins will become expensive too so I rather save them than to waste it.

Think of it like this. If it's going up and you're holding coins, you're earning money doing nothing, this means that you can gamble for free with the profits from a Bitcoin pump and even if you lose it won't be painful, because it will be like Bitcoin has never went up. Wink

Jokes aside, when it goes up in value just bet with smaller amounts and you'll be fine. It's simple math.

Thinking of it,it is somehow to be done too. There's nothing tp risk on it so just bet the amount came from pump. So better npte the amount ypu already have then when it pump play that ampunt added but when pump  will took long better not play yet, wait for it ,pump will sure happen.

You know whats the good thing about the increase of bitcoin? Each satoshi is becoming worth it at all. And if you want to gamble for lower amount then just adjust the limit. But the problem is, you are will be forced to pay the fees at higher rate.

But the problem is that people who bet just around 1 satoshi each bet would mean that they are betting more expensive too every time prices goes up. So just for illustration, if one satoshis is 1 cent and prices went up by 10 times then that means they would be betting 10cents per bet already which is expensive by now.

Well if you are gambling, you should do it with an amount you don't mind throwing away. Otherwise you will have a hard time. I think LTC and BURST is good to gamble. I would go for BURST as it is cheaper and faster. BTC, ETH and LTC are too good to gamble away for me.

I do not spend bitcoin on gambling, because it is a very valuable currency and I do not want to lose it for entertainment in the future to stay without profit.

More bitcoin worth more bitcoin casinos will win, also everybody who advertise casinos and it have good high rollers will earn even more money when btc price is goin up what is really good effect of bitcoin growing.
Usually more bitcoin casino's getting more money as many gambler into it. Since bitcoin is becoming expensive to use in gambling it is good if you set a money management on the expenses on the btc you gamble with. Because bitcoin now is expensive, and this is the effect of bitcoin growing as many people uses bitcoin.
The adoption is increasing and big part of the contribution is coming from the gambling industry, if you really are a gambler you will find bitcoin not an expensive one because the convenient you will get is more than the price you have to pay. There are sites like FortuneJack that gives free withdrawal fees to gamblers and that will already give an ease in gambling, and also with the variety of games you can choose, you will not gonna think of the fees you will have to pay when you acquire bitcoin.
The main problem for me is bitcoin's fees each time. I have to spend like 0.001 at least to make sure my transaction get's confirmed in next few blocks.
Really I am not much into gambling and spending 0.001 for something that is just fees is really pity for me. That is one of the reasons why directbet would have been a terrible site had it been still running.

You are right. Yesterday I was gambling like fun and lost 0.05 btc around and I thought well, that happens and then I realize ah man I have lost 150 bucks almost and that's humongous. I mean bitcoin gets higher we all know but it is hard to realize and we just gamble too much sometimes without actually wanting to gamble that much.

Depositing BTC for playing in values less than 0.05 is getting pretty impractical considering the average fees is something around 0.0005 most of the time, if you deposit 0.01 BTC you would be paying %5 in fees which is too high, This is without even considering the withdrawal fees.
For smaller bets, I think DOGE is perfect, considering the 1 doge per transaction fee which is very reasonable and affordable (unless doge grows to 0.0005 per doge).

As I know that betcoin.ag and fortune jack accepts litecoin deposits, not just litecoins, first one accepts eth and second accept 10 different alts beside bitcoins and litecoins. Depends from the games you wish to play betcoin.ag have chips, and on their front page you can see how much is the worth of 1 litecoin in chips, at fortunejack you play with watch you deposit, there is no chips (at least for the games that I tried).
You can find link in my signature if you choose to try betcoin.ag, easy and fast deposits, same is when you wish tk withdraw your litecoins, you have many many different games, casino and table ones, poker and sports book, what ever you like I think you can find at betcoin.ag see you there.

There are several sites that accepts litecoin.
You can go to bitsler.com or duckdice.io just to name two sites.

We can't blame those people who are betting that low thinks that they are betting expensively. The price is moving and we can't have control on it, we just need to adjust with the terms of movement. So if the price increases and 1 satoshi is expensive to you, I guess you can minimize it to decimal but it's up to the casino if they will adjust the betting limit.

Yeah the fee for sending some bits to gamble is too high ,
So if you are going to gamble with just a low budget I guess you won't really feel your profit because of the fee.
