BTC getting too expensive to gamble with

as for me there is no any difference what kind of cryptocurrency you use for gambling. yes, BTC costs a lot but also your rewards will be in BTC.

If you tink btc costs a lot of you then you can set it to bits, satoshi or mbtc in this way it will turn into lower value though all are same but unit will be less then bitcoinI mean they are smaller units.

He was probably mentioning about the transaction fee for Bitcoin. A few weeks back, the average cost of transaction used to be somewhere between $0.10 and $0.30. Now this has gone up by almost 10 times, to $3.00 per transaction. And in case the bull run continues for the next couple of months, then we can expect the fee to touch $10.00 per transaction.

This is the main reason which is why I prefer to use ethereum or litecoin to deposit on to sites where I place bets on. The amount of bitcoin to pay for the transaction fee is quite high and then you also will need to pay for the withdrawal fee when you want to remove your winnings from the site. So you are spending quite a bit to transfer back and forth if it was in bitcoin.
Litecoin has their miners fee at $0.02 last time I did a transaction about a month ago and ethereum around $0.09 which I did just this morning.
So the fees paid in using bitcoin is just too high for some to justify in using it to send to their favorite gambling site.

I am not a big fan of Dogecoin, and believe that it is having very low acceptability. Also, it is not very stable or mature, to be used for gambling purposes. Security is another issue with Doge. Gambling sites owner put cheap alts such as dogecoin so that they can attract more costumer to thier site  .  Many gamblers prefer cheap alts such as doge because they are less expensive and fast but this does not mean that a gambling site will now loose just because gamblers will prefer cheaper alts compare to btc and other heavier crypto  . Infact gamblers can gamble more and what they will spend can also be equivalent to other crypto coins  . Plus , a gambling site wont also accept one coin but they do also put different payment alternative

I know this thread is old and there was this "problem" at that time but again it becomes "problem" nowdays. I put problem in " because how can it really ruin your gambling experience when some casinos (including one which I promote) offer a lot of altcoins from which some of them have risen and some of them have fallen. Price of btc isn't problem for you, just use built in exchange and play with coin that had fall these days or just grow number of bitcoins a little.

Today I sent BTC at it cost me 1 cent while the other day it cost me 30 cents
Just check the transaction stats before sending to get a better idea if it is worth it to wait or to send when you desire

If they are accepting many cheap coins then the maintenance fee for that site may get increases a lot so the income from those gamblers might go for that only that is the reason some gambling sites are not having less expensive cryptos in my opinion.

But gambling is available with both cheap and precious coins openly in casinos sites because they know that all the gamblers are not much rich to play with Bitcoin or any other coins which is precious. They can only play with less potent coins and slowly upgrade to high coins but it is very rare to see it. High profitability is only possible with Ethereum, Bitcoin, BitcoinCash, and many more for rich gamblers only.

Both sportsbet and betcoin are accept these coins and will only cost a small fraction of a BTC fee.

Bitcoin is constantly increasing in value and I do not think it is wise to gamble with, especially if your purpose of gambling is to get enjoyment and fun. I would suggest to use Doge coin instead, as it is the cheapest coin and there is hardly any charges for depositing and withdrawing Doge.

Yes, it is right that transaction fee is increasing too much day by day with the rising price of bitcoin though the price of bitcoin and transaction fee are not increasing on same way. Earlier it was about on average 0.2$ now it could be 0.4 but it is too much for now excepted few from where fee can select manually but those got confirmed too slow.

Whenever I send btc, the fees can't even be at 1 cent so basically you're lucky enough when you send with that fee. And I can say that you are doing it actually with the proper timing.

Checking the bitcoin fee charts is a good basis whenever you send but it's not going to follow your desire to pay for low fees if the current fee is quite high.

Don’t you need to exchange some of your money, whether it’s fiat or bitcoins, into those altcoins? Though if you’re worried about fees I guess that means you should ask the questions of whether or not it’s worth it to switch and if wherever you’re going accepts these altcoins.

Right, bitcoins price is increasing each and everyday thus the fees may increase as well, I would suggest to just save your bitcoins instead of using it for gambling since we are expecting a bull run. If you have altcoins aside from btc, better use them instead.
