What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

Yeah i thinking of that  too,  many people are using bitcoin and because of that we can advertise it on television to gain more users on bitcoin. We can gain more popularity by this and bitcoin will be more famous and be part of our world history.

Basically indeed that was a good idea for bitcoin to become more popular and better known by many people who clearly has been proven to be profitable. But still it's already to do or not yet, It depends on each country that responding the using bitcoin, For countries that have not really legalized the use of bitcoin, of course it will never be anyone who will make ads about bitcoin on TV shows. And for a country that has legalized the use of bitcoin, I'm sure this has already been did.. there's already a TV show or TV advertisement that advertises bitcoin aimed at telling people to know the advantages of bitcoin.

I think it's a hard to understand bitcoin and what it can do, it's advantages compared to other payment option like paypal in a short advertisement on tv. I think some talk show / discussion about bitcoin will be better but the problem is who will be the host / speaker and who's going to pay all the fee required?

I think this is a best way to promote bitcoin if we advertise on T.V. Because most of people have a T.V and they keep watching always on T.V. .So the possible is people get interested on bitcoin because they believe in advertisement. Especially to the investors and people wants to earn income they get interested in bitcoin. It will spread all over the country because almost people see if appear already on T.V. I know that more people want to get more earnings so that it's better if we advertising bitcoin on tv to know and to bedspread worldwide. But advertising on tv is so expensive to us and our payments get decreasing cause of advertise on tv. Much better if we only to search bitcoin through internet to learn and know all about this forum.

Good idea but the idea is technical. Most people that watch ads watch only dummy level ads. How do you pitch crypto currency as an ad?
The idea will definitely work, and I believe it already is, when people present it appropriately.

Advertising on TV! I don't think so, who is going to do that? have you ever seen any ads on TV about open source projects?
On the other hand, some tv programs interested in finance talked many time about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency but most of the time they focus on the negative side and that can't be counted as advertisement.

Exactly, one of the concerns would be - 'who would be willing to pay for it'.
Even if the aforementioned issue is sorted, and we can get the community to pool together the requisite funds, advertisement screams of manipulation. The smarter ones who aren't on the wagon right now might get discouraged to see the need for marketing.

That's actually a nice idea I guess because through T.V millions of people will get to know about it and even if 20% of them actually start buying Bitcoins or whatever the price will increase like crazy but I'm pretty sure that its gonna have downsides too and I'm not sure though but I need to learn a lot about Bitcoin before it starts to advertise on T.V which I strongly believe is gonna happen  .

Yeah that’s good and so organization must advertise it in TV and just because of this bitcoin will be the most strong and valuable coin of the world the whole world will rush toward this because a lot of people are willing to invest but they don’t have proper information about it and on more of it bitcoin will progress more in this way so initiative must be taken for the sake of progress of bitcoin and profit.

No one go with this idea to make this thing spread unless it gives some benefits to them.
May be it will work when Exchange sector start ads in youtube channels. I think TV ads are not good idea since crypto currency holders are always sitting infront of PC's and watching the market.
Ads developed to next gen like gathering our browsing history and advertising in our browsers.

I agree with the idea to advertise bitcoin on TV but must there are the comercial products in bitcoin's advertise on the TV due to the projects or products muat pay the cost of bitcoin's advertise on the TV, i don't see the chance to advertise bitcoin on TV if there are no products related with bitcoin and unfortunately the mostly projects based on bitcoin are open source projects.

Advertising bitcoin in tv and local newspapers will be certainly a nice move to make more people across the globe know about it and reconsider using it and knowing about it's aspects and features . More people knowing about it will certainly mean more growth and success to all the cryptocurrencies industry and it will incite governments and banks to enhance their services fearing that cryptos might take over .

Well Bitcoin is now getting popular across the masses. Advertising it in TV will give BTC earners, traders and investors a chance to showcase how bitcoin is very helpful to the community and the economy. In the Philippines, our Central Bank is not still ready in internet currency but by advertising it in television and other mediums it will give information on what BTC is.

Surely advertising bitcoin in a television is a good idea in boosting the popularity and peoples attention on bitcoin, but there are lot of problems.
First, television advertising is really expensive.
Second, promoting bitcoin doesnt makes profit for those who pay the bill in advertising bitcoin, and more.

Maybe no one would dare to pay the bills in advertising bitcoin when there is no benifits in return.

It is going to let those people know that there's a crypto currency that has a lot of features. But I don't think we need to advertise bitcoin on national television because it's adoption is very fast and imagine there's no TV ad for it and most of the articles about bitcoin are published throughout the web which is one of the medium for bitcoin's advertisement.

I think this is a very good idea, advertising bitcoin on TV then it will make it easier for us to inform the public about the existence of the existence of the bitcoin as well as help those who want to join in the forums. through the ads also will be much interested. and can help them to earn additional income by using bitcoin. but it was all still hanging to the bitcon he entered in each country or region.
 

Benefits of advertising Bitcoin on tv is that it will help Bitcoin become popular and attract capital investment in Bitcoin, bitcoin will get more attention but you should know that advertising on tv will have a great influence, the government will care about this. And when the government is concerned about Bitcoin, they will find ways to impose a tax on Bitcoin, they want to benefit from bitcoin, and if they can not impose taxes on bitcoin, they will ban people from using and trading bitcoin, this will be detrimental to us. So I think we should only spread and advertise bitcoin through social networks and forums, that would be better, should not advertise on tv
