This is a great idea. If we advertise about bitcoin on TV people will able to know about it. Maximum people are unknown about this. TV will be the best way to let people know about it.
I will also appreciate this idea because advertisement is the most authentic way of promoting something, and by doing this more and more people will know about bitcoin in a very short time, and then they will also accept this digital currency as a legal currency. By this way bitcoin will take short time in prevailing the world over. The governments will also think about this to legalized bitcoin in their countries. |

I think so.. It would be better to discover by ourselves rather than advertising in television. I am not against the idea of advertising bitcoins. We do not really know what the future will bring to us. I like to take things in positive way but that does not mean I cannot see the dark side. It is a trend, if you are famous, you will have supporters and haters both. Same is the case with BTCs. advertising it on television will increase its users tremendously. I do not think that advertising bitcoin on TV is going to bring a lot of users in my opinion bitcoin has as many users as it can, we did not needed to have a campaign on TV promoting bitcoin, in fact I will dare to guess that most people in the forum learned about bitcoin on their own and that no one taught them anything about bitcoin, so I think that advertising bitcoin in TV is useless. |

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
TV commercials won't work. People have to find out about it organically. |

No doubt it will be best step taken for the betterment of the bitcoin because through this a lot of people will know bitcoin and in this add if they will show the process of investing and the holding process of the bitcoin then it will make easy to use bitcoin and will give a lot of profit to those who want to use bitcoin, may be after this the government of our country will accept bitcoin so for me it is a good idea. |

I am not agreeing with your way of thinking because today the social media and the television is the place where we can find everything. TV is the best place to advertize something like bitcoin because then a lot of people who are not aware of the bitcoin will know about bitcoin and they will learn how to use and invest in bitcoin it will develop the trust of the users and will be good for the future of the bitcoin. |

National televisions do not allow such advertisements, I have not already watched TV, but nowadays YouTube ads are more effective, I do not remember if there was a blockchain advertisement, I liked it.

Yes, exposing bitcoin and its given financial assistance is a good way of making bitcoin acceptable and be patronised. But we must put in mind that in every advantages there's a disadvantage. If ever bitcoin are well spread, this can be a help for other to earn extra income but if discipline is not allocated to it, there it could come up to a problem. A good advertising may be a good way for it. A well explained use, dos and don'ts, and discipline in using bitcoin is a better way for them to accept at patronise it. |

The big issue is will tv advertise bitcoin even being something ilegal at their country, i know some ponzis had used media to advertise their services but i doubt some companie would like to take the risk to try to advertise bitcoin and see it blocked. Sure it would achieve much more people and make a part of them to research a bit more about bitcoin as well new investors would came, but let the media talks about bitcoin... sooner or later they cant keep ignoring it forever.

They allow it as long as there is a payment to advertise bitcoin but to questioned it , who will fund the advertisement just to air bitcoins or blockchain technology? I think nobody they will only let it happen instead of paying such a money. |

I pick up Bloomburg magazine often and flip through fortune as well. They both have had altcoin full page ads and most of the time the coin dies. Now this could be that they where scam coins a lot of the time but it seems to be the wrong way to bounce bitcoin off the people.
People will come as the need develops.

I think it is a good idea to advertised it to TV! but who fund for the ads? because it is too expensive when it be ads to TV. I think it is better also of some ICO that they will also have ads on TV in order to get more investor but I don't see such thing on TV in the past years. Bitcoin even it is not advertised on TV it is now known worldwide and its value increasing every time. |

Here in my country ive never seen bitcoin to be in a t.v in our local news that is why only few people knows bitcoin in our country. once bitcoin appeared on our local news new users will engage into bitcoin and the bitcoin community here will grow. The help of local news is one thing why bitcoin become famous.

yes thats a good idea, but take note if awe advertise it many people will catch their attention even the government. for me government needed to legalizes it first before it will advertise in the main stream media, because the may manipulate bitcoin if they want they can block the sites where we earns bitcoin, it is good but danger. |

If bitcoin were to be advertised, I think it would entice far more men and women to use it especially upon realizing that it is a practical currency to use. Introducing bitcoin to the community would lead to more users, with any luck ,. Perhaps distinct organizations, not on-line people that are online, would begin adopting and accepting this currency if it ended up to grow to be much more popular. There would then be far more need for the coin. This would also reassure other skeptical users of its "legitimacy".

We need to exchange it to fiat and use. Suppose the govt knew this and banned all bitcoins related sites means what will do. So now TV advertisement is not required after making this coin legal let's see. |

Honestly, I don't think it's far off for Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies to appear on tv in some way. Projects are developing more apps those days so it only takes 1 major company to pick up that benefits from tv commercials. I do believe we will see a cryptocurrency commercial within 5 years from now. It will most likely be financial. But it could also a be a tv ad for investing into a fund towards Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. It would not by even weird for today it's really just a matter of time. If there is money to be made with business companies will jump on it.
