What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

For me,  it is a bad idea.  It is because the first problem is that, who will shoulder the expenses in advertising in tv?  We all know that bitcoin is decentralized.  Another thing is that,  a TV commercial,  even though it is only a 10 seconds video,  it will take 6 figures money.  The problem with it is that half a minute or even a minute is not enough to make people aware of all things about bitcoin,  from my own opinion I think it will just create more confusion rather than information.  So for me,  it is really a bad idea to promote bitcoin on a TV advertisement given that a TV advertisement consumes only a short time but a huge money.

No 1 TV channel will don't miss your advertizing because of the constant bans and which crime much around network of cryptocurrency at present but I will tell so if suddenly at least 1 TV channel there is any sort an advertizing of cryptocurrency, all prices will fly up for 100-200%

i don't know, i never see any bitcoin advertisement on the tv.
but i think this won't happened because bitcoin still not accepted by some countries in the world.
furthermore, many ICO ads was banned lately.

It would be really really great to see bitcoin in the televesion but if you check the news, newspapers and radio, they do mention bitcoin but not advertising it but discouraging people to invest in it because it's a "bubble" or a "scam".

I think that would be a good idea but what services of bitcoin will be advertised? and I think more old people are watching the TV than young people and old people are generally resistant to bitcoin and the technology behind it. I dont know about them but advertisements should be on the internet. and if it is advertised it would seem like a product rather than a tech.

Ads for BTC on TV, pretty much advertising anything on TV has a nice chance of having good results. Now It would also depend on where and how as well. The quality and style of the ads are also really important. A crap ad might give off a greasy infomercial Ponzi scheme sort of feeling, while a good ad should educate and engage.   We might need to see some famous BTC supporters to show some love and promote for the masses to pay attention. When people recognize it as a thing in a song it becomes part of pop culture

The big issue is will tv advertise bitcoin even being something ilegal at their country, i know some ponzis had used media to advertise their services but i doubt some companie would like to take the risk to try to advertise bitcoin

Advertising bitcoin on TV isn't a bad idea at all. But my question is who will advertise bitcoin in TV. I mean who will spend money for that and what profit he will make by doing so? One thing can be done .If any one has got shops or some thing like that ,they can introduce bitcoin as one of the payment methods and can give advertisement about his shop saying he accepts payments by fiat and by bitcoin. So those who are unfamiliar with this term will surely try to find out what is it. by doing so, the shop owner can advertise his shop and side by side bitcoin also will become familiar among people. althesame it will be a welcome development to see bitcoin being advertised on TV

Its a good idea for me because i believe social media is the best way of increasing the popularity of bitcoin.Television will help bitcoin to be known by many people from low to high society, after knowing what bitcoin is and some benefits by using bitcoin people will more interested with bitcoin. I already  saw a lot bitcoin exposed in TV but just like they making it in negatively way  in the way that they let the mass think that btc is a way of  scam so I believed if some famous advenertiser  endorse the btc it would a big blast if peapole know that btc is a good thing and  not fearlessly

I think it is just fine advertising bitcoin into national or even public television.

Most of the people will tell this is a scam because this is new technology for them and which creates more FUD then really the bitcoin price may crash if the negativity is portrayed through that advertisements.

not bad idea sir, but even  we advertise bitcoin some people cant understand what it is , only few people can relate about it, but advertising it on tv or social media for me its ok, so that they will know the good things about bitcoin,spread the good news to the world.

Bitcoin does not need advertising on TV. It's constantly talked about in the news, in TV shows and even entertainment shows. Soon every housewife will know about bitcoin and even start investing in crypto currency. So Bitcoin advertises itself well.
