I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?
If bitcoin advertise on T.V i think bitcoin become most popular and every person who watched that advertisement they search about bitcoin. Once they saw the good potential of bitcoin they will invest on it. |

If bitcoin advertise on T.V i think bitcoin become most popular and every person who watched that advertisement they search about bitcoin. Once they saw the good potential of bitcoin they will invest on it. Right if the advertisment release bitcoin on television for sure many people watched the video have interest to join because they see the potential and opportunity of bitcoin. The price will become start increasing again and many big investor and company will interest to join and invest bitcoin. Bitcoin will become more popular and potent cryptocurrency and for sure they are trending online . I hope many advertisement in bitcoin on TV if will happen everyone will benefits. |

If the advertisement adevertise bitcoin on TV I think bitcoin will become more popular in every country and those country not adapt or not accept bitcoin they decide to accept bitcoin because many country will adapt bitcoin. I think the bitcoin pricr will affetcbecause those people watching caught their attention because they will see the opportunity that gives bitcoin and those people search in online they see bitcoin is legit and they can earn really money and they invest and after that if they earn money they will teach them to relatives, friends or neighbor so the bitcoin price will increase more.

Well television as far as I know is one of the biggest source of information aside from the internet so it is indeed that advertising it on TV can affect its popularity as well as to its status and it can give an interest for the people to know what is bitcoin but I guess the problem is that a media network would make a lot of conditions in order to make it happen and for sure the government will interfere . |

This is a great news actually, with the television we can easily promote the usage and features of bitcoin in the whole world. And as far as I know in the other country bitcoin was being advertise in the other news of some countries. But most of it was in you tube advertisement  |

Not necessary but it will be more beneficial if bitcoin getting advertised on television. Like you have mentioned it will need big amount of money to be spent for this promotion, I just wonder who will afford that for the entire bitcoin community, Mr. Satoshi. Yes, if he is active till today, he might be coming with this kind of idea to make bitcoin adoption more quicker. But bitcoin is already being covered by media for many reasons and one of them must be its new ATHs. |

In Brasil the LIVRES(equivalent to the Libertarian Party in US) party talked about Bitcoin on T.V. , look at 1:50: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMH_WeV3I1INow I think that is best to not advertise bitcoin as much, the network is already at its full capacity. Better wait for BU or Segwit. |

Well, for starters I don't know anyone who watches TV any more.
On top of that who is going to pay for it and what would the angle be? I think it's a terrible idea to directly promote it.
The way Bitcoin succeeds is not by badgering people into getting into it prematurely, it's working on it until it's so obviously superior that no one requires any persuasion. Everyone has heard the word by now. It still doesn't fulfil any genuine needs for most people.

It's not a great idea and in fact, bitcoin would not advertise in television since they don't need it. Their market is big enough and they have succeed already in their market. In the other hand, advertisement in television would be worth it for merchants that accept bitcoin. But there are some people who are not aware of online business and online economics and they needs a technology like bitcoin for their easy life and their access remain mainly to television so these type of people will hear through that why and these people will also come to adopt bitcoin. |

I think no need to advertise bitcoin for now because it it already known globally and now even Ransomware Worm are introduce bitcoin as their mode of payment so the people who are infected are now know bitcoin and it been news on international media.

I think maybe huge companies can advertise their products and tell it on television that they now accept bitcoin. I think that would be best way to introduce bitcoin and gain more popularity |

Bitcoin being commercialized on the Television would allow more people that haven't heard about Bitcoin to get involved with Bitcoin. Since there's people that like to make money doing a bunch of odd things then I am pretty sure that there would be people who will be interested in making money by only investing their money into Bitcoin.
