yes if only we will advertize it , they cannot know and understand it well, much better to conduct a seminar or training that will be related on it, in that case they will know it well and understand it too. and we can learn more things too, those things that we are not yet know. it is good than advertising on tv , few people can only understand it.

I've just thought about this for a moment but, if we want bitcoin to get more popularity, attention or acceptance would it be nice to make some advertisement about it on T.V.? I don't know if in other countries they advertise bitcoin but in my country, I haven't seen one. How do you think advertising bitcoin will affect the people? Any thoughts?

Bitcoin doesn't need any advertisement on media like tv and radio. Most of the people have been used the internet so they are allowed to see this. Bitcoin can see in advertisement via the internet. Companies should advertise their products and the one payment method is through Bitcoin. Bitcoin popularity is on its own. 

Yes I believe that bitcoin has no need to be advertised on television or radio bitcoin has achieved its success through internet marketing. Before we say anything more bitcoin is nowadays discussed on almost every business TV channels with the prediction of businesses experts who talk about investment in bitcoin.

Well no one is making it happen on TV but a 2 months back, Ransomware attack make it to the TV which showed people how hackers hacked the computer system and demand bitcoin in Ransom. This was negative impact of bitcoin which was last shown on TV.

Advertising Bitcoin on T.V. isn't bad idea, especially in the channels interested about marketing , business and so on, because this niche usually get involved fast with Bitcoin after understanding what it is and how it works.

Right now I see bitcoin ads in my local newspapers 100x more than before and I see it when i watch online movies on sites where we can watch for free new movies but never on tv i think that this will happent later.

I'm sure many person will knew about it and if they finally understand how bitcoin work, they will somehow encourage to earn it also and many people will start to gather some knowledge, information and strategies in earning bitcoin so that even if they have job, they will have also a extra income.

Exactly tv advertisement is really costly and if we start explaining people about bitcoin most likely people would change the channel, advertising through banners can be a good idea like a picture written on it bitcoin accepted here would be enough but it should be put up in the right location

Maybe it will depend on how the advertisements are done on tv, if it's done in a way that the viewers will be given Satoshis for free as in faucets, then we might get people's attention by giving free satoshi vouchers on tv.

well I think people really trust on bitcoin now and they start buying goods when they saw any advertisement on the TV it will be a good step to spread awareness among the people about bitcoin and may be it will make the government to accept bitcoin and make the government to legalize bitcoin it will be amazing for the future of the bitcoin.

As mentioned, bitcoin isn't a brand or a company. Either bitcoin businesses/websites or bitcoin organizations would have to take up the cause of advertising/promoting their business/site and bitcoin along with it. A good way would be for these entities to advertise on televised sporting events as well as with signs in sports stadiums/arenas. Maybe sponsor a major sporting event/cup.

Internet advertisement alone is enough to pull a lot of interested people to Bitcoin but for some reason no one is interested in advertising at all. Only Altcoins are advertising but only in Cryptocurrency communities.

Advertising on TV is also a good idea. It will be perfect if people notice the ad. How do we advertise to attract users? If they do not pay attention, then it will be very expensive for advertising.

This would be an good idea, but the problem is who's gooing to pay for it. Ads are expensive, be it in hardcopy, traditional or online media, and from what I understood the Bitcoin foundation is solely for minor promotions + subsidize the developers. However if the community would make a stand this can be done easily. Just look how much ico's raise these days.

Yes that is true.  It will be a great help for bitcoin to be recognized by people since as you said and everyone that I talked to thinks that bitcoin is a scam.  Most probably because everything right now were all associated with fraudulence.  The fact that it will be aired on the television will make it more look legit to people who are negative about it.  It is of course a 101% legit but for those who are doubting the capacity of bitcoin, advertising it on television is such a big help.  For sure many people will earn and it will make way for establishments to accepts bitcoin as a mode of payment.

Bitcoin is being advertised a little bit in the TV but not always for good things but when somewhere in the world people are getting hacked or a ransomware has affected thousands of computers including the public institutions etc.
Recently Bitcoin is being advertised in medias as the btc-e "owner" has been "arrested" for laundering billions of dollars in bitcoin and this give bitcoin a shady meaning in the public.

TV can be good media to reach wide range of possible bitcoin users but running tv ads will cost so much and nobody want to pay those money from their pocket.

There will be no any incentive for the one who will pay for those ads. However I think we may see some tv ads in near future from bitcoin related local services in few countries to promote their services.

I also consider television as a good source of information and idea. And if media as a form of broadcast will likely to advertise Bitcoin for people to used it as a mode of transaction it can result for a good thing on Bitcoin because it may increase the peole who will support Bitcoin and used it as form of daily transaction. And we all know that Bitcoin price is much aligned to the principle of law of price and demand where in the increase of its community is a vital thing for its development.
