ya i think how we are going to do it is
set the first 100 blocks to spit out the premine
then run 3 days of blocks almost zero reward
during 3 days everyone who cares to do so can get there
pools explorers ect up so no one pool gets all the blocks
and everyone has a fair chance to get sorted with the new wallet
as far as the burn im waiting for the wizzard to get back to me
with a swap site like pink coin has
you send
it sends you coins to
fdsjkflkjfkfjBURNEDCOINSsfjklsdkldsk
and sends you the replacement coins
all on the explorer so its transparent

Just an idea, but I think it would be very interesting to have Flaps on NovaExchange.com too. After all, at this moment it moves more 50% BTC / day than cryptopia.
