Ok, so M is fixed, and there are no dividends now.
What we really need now is to restart the building game again, so players have incentive to buy building materials, speculators can trade more items, and taxes and rents start flowing again, and new buildings get constructed, which would increase property prices. I can't remember what halted the building sub-game, is there a fault somewhere?

Couldn't agree more....but there is a bug in Buildings (can't recall the specific bug, but that's why it was shutdown). We are waiting for Wizarddeveloper to fix, so we can begin building and dividends again. |

Couldn't agree more....but there is a bug in Buildings (can't recall the specific bug, but that's why it was shutdown). Can the Wizarddeveloper provide an update in the thread on this building bug, plus an overview of the dev situation generally? It would be great knowing where he's at now, especially with regards to which version of CK he's actually working on now. |

IMO setting up a property holding company for your real estate assets is a really good idea, but sell it off slowly, otherwise you'll be selling for peanuts and will crash the property market into the ground. At least wait until the ~40%-50% of M that's controlled by Risto is back in circulation before you try and sell.  |

They're not exactly bargain based prices, but based on their earning potential if/when building payouts resume, they're all still good value. Gringotts will need as much M as possible to provide reliable liquidity in many markets if need be, and we must avoid any risk of running short, so I do want to maximise the liquidation sale proceeds, plus I want Gringotts to own enough M on hand at all times after we reach a basic equilibrium to have an influence on future voting decisions, BUT, I would also like to help spread property ownership more widely too. The best way to achieve these goals is via a property trust. Announcement::Phoenix Property TrustAll unsold real estate assets will be combined into Phoenix Property Trust Phoenix will have 10K units. 2k will be sold in a dutch auction asap 1k will be used for Gringotts depositor incentives 5k will be held by Gringotts to be sold at a later date 2k given to Unicorn Corp. |

More weeks more promotions more rewards everything going nicely. With that being said, the Health Challenge is now changed for this week due to points not depreciating for an unknown reason leading to absurd amounts of points and an extraordinarily prohibitive barrier to entry for the top. Instead I want to change it so it makes use of the new suits, so in order to promote you must simply be present in the top 5 of your respective category and own a suit fit for your new rank. Health and Shoddy Clothes are reserved for levels 1-7, Culture and Decent Clothes for levels 8-10, and Wisdom and Noble Clothes for 11-13. Clothes <LV1-2 are equivalent to Shoddy, clothes 3-5 are equivalent to Decent and clothes 6+ are equivalent to Noble for this purpose. You are expected to maintain your attire past promotion and in the face of the great moth, or drop back in rank to the previous level. ____________________________________
