Most countries don't accept bitcoin and is not legalized.bitcoin is not known to everyone and the usage is less, so people find cash to be the easiest way to deal with, may be sometimes in future if bitcoin becomes popular it will be used by all.

Many people are still prefer to use cash than bitcoins because they are comfortable to use cash than bitcoins. I think that the digital currency cannnot surpass the fiat currency.

I don't think that a majority of the people now prefer physical cash. Most of my friends and relatives prefer credit cards and mobile wallets (such as PayTM and Mobikwik) for making payments. A few years back, that was not the case. Most of these people were using physical cash then. Times have changed. Physical cash is losing its relevance.

I do not think that still majority of people are using bitcoin but it is a fact that the users of bitcoin are now increasing, and we can expect that very soon the users of bitcoin will very soon exceed from the use of any other fiat currency, because bitcoin is a decentralize currency which is commonly use in all the parts of the world.

There are millions of people who doesn't even know about bitcoins let alone using it.Many countries have legalised it but many haven't yet and everyone knows how to use cash and it does not need internet or any confirmations from someone.But I don't mean that bitcoins are trash and useless but they are great investment for future as their values may reach easily around $10k.Bitcoins needs time for confirmations which people don't have in this busy world.So cash are better than bitcoins but only for only as in future how knows what would happen.

You are right.Cash is better in these situations or if payment is to be made in person but for online payments,I would prefer bitcoin as it is unversal.You can send btc to litrally any person on earth anywhere as long as there is internet availability

That will become the key for bitcoin to take over the payment systems in the future because it can be done virtually or through internet and that is the future of our world, technology. In the future, internet will play a big role in our world and the payments will be gone through internet so bitcoin will be one of the popular currency in that time.

Yeah i do prefer cash or credit cards instead of bitcoin ,that is why i use a bitcoin debit card to withdraw my earnings or just buy some stuff in the stores that i like.
And also i really like paper money , and i dont think that can be replaced by bitcoin in a near future, that sounds not possible in short term, maybe in 10 years or more if bitcoin is still alive, but who knows? it is too early to predict that.

currently people are giving preference to cash but i am sure that in near future when  bitcoin will become a little more common then people will like to give preference to bitcoin instead of cash as it will be more convenient for them to use bitcoin instead of cash, because they do not need to carry cash with them but can easily access to it from anywhere.

Cash is cash, guys. We don't think about cash while spending, like "does this merchant acept cash" etc. It very straight forward. With bitcoin, we still have a few merchants accepting it. That's why cash is better than bitcoin.

One of the reasons may be because digital currency has not yet been immerse, what do I mean is it can't be used to every transaction like buying foods, gadgets, daily needs, etc. which is very important. Also we can access cash or money without internet so we can use it anywhere and it doesn't limit itself to only one purpose. This is why believe that digital currencies will have a long way to go before surpassing flat money or real real cash.

Whatever you said about cash ,its true. But about banks and ATM and credit card,it sure for shit is not true at all. Banks are known for manipulation dude, they dont care about customers who dont have good deposits. Believe me for them the only people who have a good account balance and have regular inflow cash are good customers in their eyes and no one else.

im agree with Thread Starter, money is better than gold in some aspect, money can work 100% offline, acceptable in any store, and no fees, no transaction confirmation, but some aspect bitcoin is better than money, its like money can be inflation and make your money not valueable, but in bitcoin you can watch and follow about price rate bitcoin
