I just started this game - Valerian Universe, but I can't access "play DKV2: Universe"

Game is still alive yes, just a few bugs from recent updates that needed to be fixed. This issue only affected new registrations so was a bit harder to locate.

You should be able to log in now as well as the others who were having the same problem.

The current version of DKV2: Universe has certain aspects that aren't very mobile friendly for small screens. The new version of the game that is in the process of being built can be played on any device that has a web browser on it.

I build my games/websites in Chrome so I would recommend using it whenever possible, especially for the new version that's coming.

I'm looking to join an alliance with some players and I don't seem to be able to ask to join, even if they have empty slots for members. For that matter, I'm unable to join any alliance at all.

Is there any special requirement to join an alliance? Could they have restricted requests for new members? Or is it possible that this is related with the previous issue affecting newly registered players?

The Alliance system is fine yes.

In the Alliance menu up top click on Top Alliances to access the list of available Alliances to join or to create your own for AntiM.

Alliances can hold up to 25 members at a time and the top 2 Alliance ranks can accept new players.

If you apply to an Alliance and they don't accept you you could try sending a mail to the Commander and they may help you either join theirs or one of their allies in game.

For my Alliance, Galactic Federation, I only accept players who have been active and always deny new players who recently joined.

Come to think of it, the Valerian Mission of joining an alliance is currently listing the following information:

• Description: Become a member of an alliance
• Level: 0
• Goal: No Alliance
• Progress: No Alliance
• Reward: 10 DarkM
• Collect: Collect

When clicking the collect link, it only reloads the page.

Ok should be able to join an Alliance now, the reason the reward wasn't being collected is because you haven't joined an Alliance yet, once you have it will let you collect it.

When you click Join it should redirect and show something like "You have applied for the Galactic Federation Alliance. The Alliance Commander will have to approve your application."

If your app is rejected it doesn't send you a notification, the upcoming version of the game will have this feature in it however.

How can I send a message to a banned player?

I am eternally banned, so far the servers banned me 271 times and counting lol. Each time I have to test something using a different account it decides it wants to ban my Anarchist account but not my alts, gets annoying occasionally.

The mail system doesn't check to see if a user is banned or not when a mail is sent to them, they just won't have the opportunity to read it.
