Is it actually possible to simply mine solo from nothing but a cgminer bat file..?
you need to create a .conf file. Check out my guide in the above post. Finally found the file in roaming. What should the config file look like, bitcoin version or terracoin version? Could you just copy paste yours and I'll edit details?

How do you do solo mining though if your wallet is on a different computer from the miner?
You can only mine from the computer where your wallet is. Otherwise you need a pool. That's not true. See blastbob's post above. I do it all the time. Or you could use my little guide on setting up a private pushpool for scrypt coins. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178286.msg1867412#msg1867412Already got one running, just a few snags to fix You mean the dam requirement for libboost 1.46? Source would be nice, so one could compile to ones system Instead i have to install Boost 1.46, because not even the mighty symlink would work...

63 rejected blocks and raising! Is this coin already owned by higher hash power? Up to 70 rejects just while typing this...

seems to me that accepted blocks dont show in wallet and some orphans do. Difficulty needs an increase?

New coins should have a deflationary effect meaning there should be less of them than the previous NOT MORE. When there are more total coins in the new coin than in the previous then the purpose of that coin is merely to water down the previous coin. Litecoin waters down Bitcoin. Feathercoin waters down Litecoin. This coin waters them both down. Can't people see the agenda here? They are inflating the currency by pumping more "lite" and "liter" and "feather" type coins. They should be releasing coins with 11 million total coins, or 5.5 million total coins, but instead they go in the exact wrong direction. We need to have coins released which always release with HEAVIER not LITE.

Chinaware?? Oh my god
I have a bad impression that it is yet another scam, originated from China, as usual. Not fun (as in FeatherCoin)

Hey bud I know you were patient and I think I got it.. If this comes through I'll send you some Commie coins for sure ! Just one last question, does your wallet actually have to be synced for any of this to work?

I'm finding like 3 blocks in less than a second, all are orphan/rejects. I would re-name this coin RJC (RejectCoin). Maybe you need a Chinese IP to mine a real block...
