If you use blockchain, your transaction may take more times than previous record. I have got confirmed my unconfirmed transaction after 8 days. I don't think Bitcoin will not die soon.
Lol I also use blockchain and I've also experienced a very long transaction time and it really makes me angry. If this condition continues, then the bitcoin tagline such as the cheap fee and fast transaction will be lost, and bitcoin will lose trust and die I also use blockchain wallet and sometimes I experienced long TIME to confirmed my transaction. Even the fee is high I experienced what other people experienced too. But sometimes my transaction is it taked time few hous before fully confirmed. I think the transaction is depends on how much the fee and its depends on the priority if your priority is high or low it depends I think.

There are also some sites which provide the service to accelerate your transaction of bitcoin like viaBTC.

Bitcoin will die sooner or later, but it's still too early to talk about it. He has good prospects for development, just need to perfect the transaction system.
I feel that Bitcoin will die one day as well. The price may get to a point where nobody wants it any more or the whole Bitcoin thing fails and there would be another currency that will try to replace it with the similar type of set up that Bitcoin has.

I don't think that bitcoin will die some day, because the cryptocurrency era has begun. More and more users as well governments are in plans of implementing of bitcoin platform based financial ecosystem. Bitcoin will live forever as a currency or as a technology, because more firms have started implementing blockchain technology based applications for effective functioning.

The possibility of bitcoin will die of course exists but I am sure not for next few years, and as long as bitcoin remains a priority as a digital currency and still used for transactions such as trading, investment and other transactions I think bitcoin still exists and is still strong, and strength of bitcoin is currently supported by an increasing number of investors investing in bitcoin as well as increasing bitcoin users in various countries.

That's impossible, bitcoin was not die sooner or later, bitcoin were continues increasing their price in the market. However, no one says what happen in the future. But I was expecting that in the future their amount was reach $5000.

It seems the bitcoin can last up to 10 years into the future, but I'm not sure it could survive more than 10 years, this is because every 10 years there is a new trend and the old left, the same as Paypal which is now starting to be abandoned.

I have done a few transfers in the last couple of days and they have taken a minute...
dunno what you guys are experiencing?
I am pretty sure that the people complaining about the transaction fees are trying to spend Bitcoin every day or they are using multiple transactions. Bitcoin is not really designed for that from what I know. I am pretty sure that if they are willing to wait for the transaction to receive a confirmation then they would only have to pay a small transaction fee for it.

I think more than 20 years or more. Bitcoin is here to stay for another century in my opinion. Though there are also promising altcoins, but they can go side by side with bitcoin. Bitcoin is not yet fully utilized and not becoming mainstream.

Bitcoin will never die despite all the troubles being encounter recently I.e slow transaction and confirmation. Some people might had been discouraged with that but I can assure us that with the introduction of Lightning network system the slow transactions will be thing of the past more people and countries will adopt bitcoin.

The big question is whether Bitcoin can cope with the rapid increase in the user-base. Already one of the advantages of Bitcoin is gone (micro-transactions). If other advantages are also in danger (such as low fees), then there is a good chance that some other crypto-currency will be able to compete with Bitcoin.

Let's not talk about death because it is no where near dying per the current market statistics and trends in the media; I believe it is rather getting stronger by the day.

Yeah, when a cryptocurrencies not have a user or very small, the value that coin will down more and maybe to "zero" => Die But I not think Bitcoin can die, Bitcoin have a huge community in the world's now ^^

The fee on all three was 0.00008
which equals about $0.22
Now considering I just sent some money home to my country from another country and it cost $25 plus an extortionate exchange rate...
I would say that is pretty cheap.
I could have sent millions of dollars worth for 22 cents.
You guys are talking chump change as a limitation on BTC... You need to focus on a good job, not BTC transaction fees if you think 20 cents is a restriction.
This was really cheap. For how long have you waited for the first confirmation? Because I paid ten times more recently and the transaction was confirmed in 20 minutes, I needed that fast that time. But when I paid $0.6 some time ago I waited 3 days for the first confirmation. But I agree with you that even $2.5 is not much if you want to transfer big amount.

The issues of unconfirmed transactions and fees have been disscused so many times on so many threads here. If your transactions are unconfirmed try to speed it up through viabtc.com and for the future choose wallet where you can control the fees. But this is not the reason the Bitcoin will die, this issue can be solved.
Again, I am not saying it will die because of it. I was just saying that a common man like me who uses bitcoin, does not read forums and threads to be upto date with such services. It definitely hinders adoption specially if you are accepting bitcoin for direct purchases. I never expect if bitcoin will die, because I was just saying that a regular like me who use the bitcoin every day and don't read the forums and threads must be up to date with that service, will definitely be a hindrance if receiving bitcoin directly Do not worry, bitcoin will not die, it's too good to invest at this time, although its value is too high, but it will be higher in the future so if you have enough money Invest in it, you will get worthy profits. I also think bitcoin will not die considering its development is very fast and it is very far from my curreg.nt thinkin

In my opinion, I do not think that bitcoin will die sooner because it is a new currency that needs to improved and it can be use in the near future.
Why we can not let it create its name in the Web and who knows, maybe in the future we can used it in many ways or in our transactions we do .
