If the current situation persists for too long, then I believe yes... Bitcoin will be damaged, and the small Bitcoin holders will get out of the boat first, not before paying a premium for their transaction fee to fiat, of course.
If you see the other side of bitcoin in benefits and the price I think bitcoin never die. Compare to the past history of price of bitcoin its a good sign that bitcoin has a good future. From hundreds to thousand dollar of price of bitcoin, more people encourage to use this. This time more countries and investor want to invest in bitcoin because it is legit and a good business. yes and i am sure that bitcoin is not going to die, bitcoin will for ever because bitcoin is the need of the day. the users of bitcoin are increasing continuously which is increasing the popularity of bitcoin. I really can’t say that the bitcoin will remain forever because it is something with a lifecycle and everything has to face and go through the lifecycle process so, for me that the bitcoin will never die don’t seems something right to state but yeah I am sure that it is not gonna die soon it have a lot to play and may be take centuries. |

Not that Bitcoin will die but lost much of its value if problems always arise and no development being done. I won't be surprised if some of these crypto or a new one replaces Bitcoin at top. Once again Ethereum proves that it is not really the perfect network that can be the ultimate crypto of the mainstream. We will see how the powerful Ethereum upgrades its system. |

Lets recheck what you just said,you said bitcoin wont die atleast for a decade and then if it dies it will be replaced by a revolutionary crypto currency and that is Ethereum.  Hope you know what you are talking about,you think that Ethereum will improve in the future because i do not see it over taking bitcoin without having to redo everything.  |

While the fees are high and there are blatant issues when it comes to Bitcoin as a whole right now with network congestion, increasing fees, failure to come to a clear conclusion (on the part of the miners this is) I still don't think a Bitcoin is going to die through all of this, theres a ton of money involved in Bitcoin. Be it through trade, mining, gambling, mixing, companies on here, exchanging, etc and so on and so forth. These people aren't going to go down without a fight to trying to save Bitcoin from what some people think will be its fate.
I think we're going to face some sort of hard fork soon to fix what's wrong with the network, only god knows when this'll ACTUALLY happen though.

i agree with you that bitcoin will be never and yeah bitcoin confirmation is slow nowadays but i hope bitcoin confirmation problem will solve sooner and we know that bitcoin is now in development stage. Of course bitcoin will not die for now. Or decades away. Look at the bitcoin is growing with very good progress. Many of the world's societies are beginning to see bitcoin as new and exciting. Is not it possible when this bitcoin dies? |

That was really normal i guess because of the increasing and the bitcoin community is becoming more larger and the thing was the demand of bitcoin was also increasing but thats not really a thing and will not be a reason of bitcoin will die. |

It's because the time you send the btc has a highe demand of transaction. You can send it cheaper when the demand of transaction is low. Also, you can use so btc wallet that charges no fee such as coins.ph, however this free transaction should be 0.0002btc otherwise, you'll pay 0.00008 btc of fee. |

Impossible bitcoin will die Bitcoin dies once the community dies or the blockchain gets decimated by quantum computing, and both of those are relatively unlikely scenarios for the next few years unless we start to make leaps and bounds in the quality of quantum computing, or there is a global crackdown on Bitcoin users causing the community to effectively disband. And that's still really unlikely. Bitcoin will not die under most circumstances. |

But as long as the fees are continuing to increase as well as the delay of bitcoin then it might be the cause of the death of bitcoin because people use bitcoin because they want fast and cheap transaction and if bitcoin will not be able to get those back then it will just a waste for other people to continue using bitcoin and if the demand for bitcoin will drop then it will die. |

Yes, bitcoin won't die. Bitcoin is our future like it will survive for many years. As long as internet is here, many people patronize and the correction in block chain will be done. Slow transaction and high fees will soon be over as the upcoming hard fork in August 1. Let's put our hopes in SegWit2x. |

I think bitcoin will not die soon because of the recent news that Google invested $40M on bitcoin, this can be a major turn-around at bitcoin because with the help of google this bitcoin or Cryptocurrency to be whole will be more popular than ever which will result to many more investors to come. I think this will save bitcoin!
