TRANSPARENCY REPORT1. Here is a link to Friedcat publically confirming that TAT Investments holds more shares than it has sold via our passthroughs: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=199449.msg2132062#msg2132062In the future, any shareholder can verify the quantity of shares held by checking the registered wallet at www.blockchain.info here: https://blockchain.info/address/1rHfXj4AwH9zymwwJuXnbXLiDbAE9V1uzYou can then verify how many shares are held by looking for the most recent dividend confirmation payout from 16fuoinLFjBmiCYmCYDXPNfERJtdPB5ASe, the official ASICMINER address. The number of satoshi sent equals the number of shares held. 2. TAT Investments also may hold some whole-shares of BTCT.co's ASICMINER-PT asset. This quantity may fluctuate, but can be checked anytime by logging in and visiting this link: https://btct.co/portfolio/f7s2CQ==3. TAT Investments may also hold some whole-shares of BitFunder.com's G.ASICMINER-PT asset. This quantity will also fluctuate, but can be checked by visiting this link and searching for the same wallet adddres, 1rHfXj4AwH9zymwwJuXnbXLiDbAE9V1uz, https://bitfunder.com/assetlistTAT Investments never has, and never will hold less whole-shares than it has sold via its own passthrough. SECURITY REPORT1. I can confirm that the emergency plan for a "dead man's switch" is implemented, and a full plan is in place should I be unavailable as operator for an extended period. 2. I can confirm that all accounts, wallets, and internal information of TAT Investments is secured with complex passwords, and that all accounts have 2-factor authentication enabled. This includes accounts on exchanges, e-mail addresses, and wallet access. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the transparency or security of TAT Invesments' holdings, please feel free to ask any time! NOTE: TAT Investments is currently the only passthrough provider that shares this level of transparency. It is our mission to set a new standard in bitcoin investments.

Is there an agreement with Burnside to trade up fractions of shares to full PT shares?

Not at this time. This is something we are considering sorting out in the future, but I can't make any promises just yet.

Don't really need an agreement for this. If TAT.ASICMINER keeps a couple of shares in ASICMINER-PT, all TAT would have to do is request that you internally transfer 100 shares to the TAT.ASICMINER account, after which he would internally transfer 1 share of ASICMINER-PT to your account in return. Really anyone holding shares on both sides could offer such a service. Problem is that offering this would be a can of worms. We'd get a deluge of requests for arbitrage.

0.03688841 / 100 = 0.0003688841, 0.0003688841 * 0.95 = 0.00035044, 0.00035044 != 0.00034411
Care to explain?

Div was not .03688841 from Friedcat, it was 0.03622241. Also, it looks like the site choked on paying out the dividend as scheduled, I will contact Burnside about this.

What makes you decide when to import more shares in? I am considering buying in, but currently doing so would kind of spike the market. Would you be willing to have me transfer my shares from burnsides PT directly into yours?

I regularly buy AM whole-shares in bulk (for a buyer-favorable price), that is the closed service I can offer to what you describe at this time.

What do you define as "bulk" since currently on BTCTC you only hold 219 shares.

Send me a pm and we can talk. I hold a lot more than you see on BTCT.

my fiance and I both now own shares in this and ASICMINER-PT, we bought before the price went past 2 btc Ive explained to her the risks etc and she feels confident enough to take few out of her stockpile and invest/gamble. Hopefully the start of something great for her and I, now mining via proxy with regular email notified payouts (she will love that).
