USD/EUR has dropped suddenly and BTC has dropped as much in euros, so that confirms the link between BTC and USD.

Correlation =! causation.

It's completely irrelevant that US dollars have dropped at the same time.

It's just one example - don't get caught up in it.

The bigger the bubble the longer it takes to collapse, US Dollar bubble is over 100 years old, there is no saying how many years it will take for the dollar to collapse.
One is certain, it will happen in the future, this, or some kind of global war and inception of whole new currency which will emerge from the crisis.
Anyway, let me assure you - the worse standard economy based on fiat is doing the happier bitcoin holders will be.

When you say that the dollar is a huge bubble, I agree with you, but why are you not concerned about the fate of all crypto currency? They, too, can be soap bubbles. I think of such pyramids no one is immune.

If USD falls, americans could buy guns, televisions, gold, silver and anything else they can get their hands on in an effort to maintain the value of the wealth they're holding as the value of the dollar declines.

Basically the same behavior europeans have been engaging in for years now whenever there were fears about the euro dying out. Concerns over greece dragging the EU economy down with it, etc.

The value of crypto/bitcoin could increase during this time on rising demand/volume.

Currently the US dollar is droping down and Euro is rising up but personaly I don't think dollar will experience final collapse. This is all matter of politics and politics  just wouldn't allow this to happen. Similar like US will never have to pay back their debts, some rules are just not applying the same way on all countries.

Love!

If (when) usd falls.

People will look for things to invest their money in to prevent their wealth from losing value as the dollar falls.

Many will buy gold, silver, jewels. Some will buy color tv's, electronics since they're not bad at holding value.

Others will buy bitcoin. It could increase demand for crypto which in turn would case the value and price of bitcoin to increase.

That is a very good run-down of projected events. Logical, factual and by and large true.

It holds true for the Rupee as well, but in the case of the Rupee it wouldn't mean nearly as much

If US dollar fall all areas of america will be affected and also all countries. But if bitcoin will be the current maybe the economy of all countries will rise up,becuase this will become powerful cause of BTC price increase.
It will not cause all the countries. Neither will it just cause US. Now a days many countries against USD to fall. But USD mentioned the stability of its currency very valuable. Hence we can say that if Bitcoin came to the world as a legal it will not cause another currencies it will boost other currencies in the market.

I doubt that money can be in a bubble

Basically, that would mean that today's prices don't match (or rather severely mismatch) the amount of money in circulation. Technically, this is only possible when the government, all of a sudden, prints an insane amount of money overnight and dumps all of it into the economy. That could be loosely construed as an instant currency bubble (but it will be very short-lived, anyway). Personally, though, I don't know about such events (this doesn't mean that they are completely impossible, of course). Other than that, if prices closely follow the monetary supply (which is certainly the case with the US dollar as well as other major currencies), there cannot be a currency bubble

LOL, I not think can say Dollar (one of currency important and have most user on the world's) is a huge bubble. If the currency we using everyday is bubble, will only gold is best choice can hold? I waiting you answer this question
Maybe the price of USD can fall down and EUR or GBP replace after that. Bitcoin and crypto just digital cash and help make payment online fasting, can't become to currency as USD!

Why do you think so? The world has thousands, maybe millions of miners. All their power doing the calculations. It's a job, and the equipment has a huge market capitalization. Each bitcoin has a bigger market capitalization than a dollar, and this means it can replace it someday.

I think if USD will fall to the ground, I'm pretty sure a lot will be affected especially the crytocurriencies and bitcoin too. But I don't think that's happening anytime soon, I mean that's a huge impact to a lot investments and big industries all over the world.

in fact anything can be possible, USD can fell to the ground, but we need talk about the reality, USD is one of the most popular, strongest and stable currency of the world that most of the countries are depending on USD for their entire business and economy. i do not think that it is so easy that bitcoin will fell down. because it has the support of so much strong countries, they will never let USD fell down, but if it happen it will not only effect the economic condition of USD but will also great effect to so many other countries economy and their business.

I see this complicated, even if dollar falls i don't think BTC would have a great impact, i see gold or others like a temporal currency.

Many who predict that bitcoin will not fall the next year
I can say that bitcoin price affect if usd falls. They are connected to each other, if usd falls many are really affected to it. I think bitcoin price will increase thoroughly as many people are investing nowadays in bitcoin.
They are connected in the same way everything is connected, but the truth of the matter is that when the economy is doing badly we can expect bitcoin to do better for the simple reason many are going to begin to adopt bitcoin in order to escape the sinking ship that fiat is, we have seen this already in a minor scale in counties like Argentina and Venezuela.

That's not reflected the price of bitcoin with dollar, as far as i know that the price of bitcoin is not depend in dollar. but the volatility will give the result about the final price of bitcoin itself to the dollar and not bitcoin to pegged with the dollar. You may be wrong.

No, the new bitcoin is a huge bubble, the dollar is a real coin, it is extremely powerful, so it is considered to be the world's common currency....

Yes Bitcoin is independent of the US dollar but if hypothetically the US dollar is to fall then it means little satoshis of bitcoins will be worth more US dollars.

I know your mean, but currently, BTC is most of denominated in USD, if USD devalue, no reference for BTC, so the BTC price will not be affected.

It's funny that the world often says that the dollar will fall. But he does not fall. While other currencies are falling. Although if I choose between the dollar and bitcoin, I will choose the second.

If USD will fall then world economy will face a deflation at a certain period, because of having much importance of USD in the world economy it is playing a balance role in every aspect, that's why most of the fundamental goods and services are measured by the USD.
So falling down of USD will not a good sign for the financial condition of the developed countries specially in the continent of America...
