I'm not sure if there's any desktop wallets whatsoever. For now it's an Android and iOS app to use in conjunction with a physical or virtual VISA card.

Just use Myetherwallet.com or MIST as "destop wallet", there's no reason to program a new wallet when there are already very good solutions.

At the moment there is no desktop wallet.  Monaco is a ERC20 ethereum (ETH) token, very few ow them have their own wallet.

You can use Ethereum official desktop wallets supported ERC20 token to keep your coin, however, I think you should use myetherwallet because it looks like a light wallet instead of a full node wallet need you sync all blockchain of Ethereum like desktop wallets, you can find Ethereum official desktop wallet here: https://ethereum.org/

Hmm worked great for me! What kind of Android are you using? I used a cheap Honor phone and it was great! One of the best apps ive seen. Flawlessly took my Drivers License Photo and Facial Photo. Took about 60 seconds to complete.

MCO is an ERC20 coin. So this means you can download any erc20 ether based wallet for Linux to hold this token. Also exchanges are getting more and more secure, you can also buy and just hold it on an exchange.

People say it's much saver to keep your tokens in your private wallet, but that can get hacked also. Exchanges keep updating thru security, so you can also keep them there.

If you every going to hold dividend tokens, better to keep in private wallet as you want your dividend of course.
