The derivative contract derives its value from underlying asset (ETH for example), also the derivative always has at least one buyer and one seller, the buyer pays a premium and the seller receives a premium. The exchange will take a fee from this premium. Please note that the derivatives market in the traditional world is a quadrillion USD market, the biggest exchange 'Chicago Mercantile Exchange & Chicago Board of Trade' created 3 billion contracts worth approximately $1 quadrillion annually alone. Huge market opportunity.

Thanks for the explanation Raymond I guess I felt a little FOMO for Veritaseum tbh I dont really understand their P2P blockchain token infrastructure but DCORP vision really makes sense.  Hopfeully huge market oppurtunity=moon for DRP holders!

This is why Investors need to read and do proper due diligence before investing. If people are in it just to make fast and easy money then maybe all ICOS are not for you and you probably just need to day trade coins and take your profits. This is one of the major problems in Crypto nowadays that make it hard for many more serious investor newcomers to get involved because there are just too many fickle minded folks who are just in it for the quick buck and don't care about the real changes that the blockchain has to offer. It's a shame to sell out so fat without giving the project a go..

Could someone break down for me the total supply of tokes. Since there is a fixed price for a certain amount of tokens. Am I correct the total supply will be the amount of tokens bought, plus a % of tokens (based on the tokens bought) which flows into DCorp?

Ethereum price does affect dcorp funds, due to the higher rate of ethereum compare to euro make it worth slightly more or less according to eth : Eur exchange rate. Since the first day of dcorp crowdsale,  over €269 Million has been raised.
