In my oppinion think BTC's prise will hit 5000$ in 2020 as it takes like almost 3 years to hit 2500$ i give it another 3 years till it hit 5000$.

By the end of next year it may reach $5000, provided it receives more support from other countries for its legalization, else it may take another 2-3 years to reach the price of $5000.
Hoping that next year $5,000 will be the new floor price of bitcoin and it's going to be a different level of increase. Each year the price of bitcoin is increasing but I really can't help myself to wait on seeing the price of bitcoin reaches a new level and high as $5,000. we are expect the price of bitcoin to start increasing and people are hoping that very soon bitcoin will cross 5000$ i am also expecting to cross 5000$ next year. All of us are expecting for bitcoin to get up to $5,000 and right now the price is still rallying between $2,480 - $2,600. I hope we'll see the price of bitcoin land at $3,000 before August 1. If that happens then we'll expect to see higher price once the scaling was already done. |

It is actually reaching 2500$ mate, where are you living ?? We can't expect exactly the date when it will reach 5000$ but I don't think it will be far if the price continue to rising highly . |

It is actually reaching 2500$ mate, where are you living ?? We can't expect exactly the date when it will reach 5000$ but I don't think it will be far if the price continue to rising highly . He must have meant to denote hitting $2500 (in 2017) after hitting $1000 (in late 2013). But I do not think bitcoin may need same period of time to have double the prices from current levels. It may hit $5000 in next four months of time too. But we need to wait for clear trend till segwit activation. If we enter into positive sentiment after segwit then we can easily see $5000 levels within 2017  |

Well we don't really know when will it hit that high,
But I think it would be there in a couple of year I hope,
I think we all want to see it hit that high and as long as there are more investors investing in bitcoin I think it could hit higher than that.

I do not think anyone knows when it will happen, but expect it soon. If bitcoin prices come to $ 3,000 this year, I hope next year the bitcoin price could reach $ 5,000 or even more. But I guess it's too far  Unlike you, I just look at the reality, the bitcoin value will depend on the upcoming events, if the segwit succeeds, the bitcoin will increase, but if it fails, it will be split and I Believe that its value will be reduced. No, I am very sure that the segwit will goes to succeeds and after the segwit its price will goes to increase, so this time we need to just believe on bitcoin that its price will goes to increase and bitcoin will be very successful currency in future. And didn't to believe that its price will be more reduce, so just believe and buy it. |

I think we all want to see it hit that high and as long as there are more investors investing in bitcoin I think it could hit higher than that.
As for what's been stated here I should confirm that every situations happened was just unpredictable in terms of the price value to hit higher. We must be positive enough to view it as progressive future for investing a holdings and expect price fluctuations. Don't think of a negative thoughts behind because it may losen up your belt when there's a huge fluctuation which we cannot control. As you surpass that challenge you are having, gladly you can make it to success that price will eventually surprice you in the future. |

If the scaling issue had been resolved earlier this year, as it was expected, we would have already reached that value. But it will probably not take long... miners care about money, so I think it's only a matter of time...

Yeah and bitcoins surely has an potential to achieve that price in future but no one is sure when exactly that time will come and if everything goes fine then we may witness that price in the mid of next year or even in the end of this year and everyone is positive that bitcoin will surely achieve that price in coming days. |

I think 5000 dollars will reach before end of this year 2017. So what are you waiting for buy more bitcoin now and enjoy the profit later. More bitcoin that you jave more chances of to get a lot ofprofit you become rich in the future . Hold your bitcoin and keep buying. Dont be panic. Think wise and for sure you will be happy for the result because the payout in the next few months will increase 5000 dollars.

Well if the situation which existed during may had continued,then most of them would have said that bitcoin would reach $5000 by the end of this year.But situations have changed now.Rumours are being spread that bitcoin price would crash after august 1 and so some new investors are selling their bitcoins.So price has dropped now to $2269.So,i think that bitcoin may reach $5000 by the end of 2018.

Yes and we may see price going even lower in next few days as people have started to get panic and are dumping their coins now so I think now it will take long time for bitcoin to touch the price of $5k and surely that is not possible in this year and may be we have to wait for the next year to see that price. |

No one know just go on the flow and everything will be fine don't be bothered about the price of the bitcoin because it really doesn't matter as long as the bitcoin is still kicking be thankful that we can earn money from it. Maybe next year is the year for that predction on the price of bitcoin however it will be still part of decreasing and sometimes bitcoin falls.

Let's wait till the end to experience the reality.
According to CEO of BTCC, Lee pegs, by the year 2020 bitcoin is expected to have price from $5,000 to $11,000. This analysis by them shows that bitcoin may reach $5,000 very soon. May be end of 2018 considering the growth in its price right now. At the end of 2016 December bitcoin was at about $900 and now in 6 months the price if bitcoin has increased to double. So factoring in that as the price grows, so thus the profit it is safe to say that bitcoin may reach $5,000 at the end of 2018 or earlier. |
