I believe Steamboat already subtracted 50% of the total in order to show that only half needed to sell. did that make sense? i'm tired. |

Steamboat I have 40 chips from you from batch 2 - if I'm looking to get a K64 done is it best I order another 24 from current batch or will you sell 24 to round up during production?
I will only round up/down in multiples of 16. This is to prevent abuse, and limit the amount of chips spent from my personal purchase. I have a feeling even this is going to be abused, as some are ordering two or three chips more than a full board.
Do you have an idea of the cost for 'hosted' chips and/or boards? Do you also assemble the boards? Being in S. Florida along with you, I feel you are my best connection for this (instead of another country for sure!).

Yes, I will be offering assembly services. The details are not quite yet ready for release. I'm waiting on a few pieces to fall where I want them before I let you guys know how it will work. The cost for the boards is the same as it is for assembly of shipped miners. The hosting will be based on a percentage of the revenue generated from the chip. The number is looking like 8%, plus electricity. This is not etched in stone as I still have to do the math, but I believe it's low enough to give miners a respectable ROI target, and still cover the expenses associated with setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, overhead, etc etc. I'm thinking this too,Port Saint Lucie here Can we pick up chips/PCB's in person ??
