Does express shipping include the graphic designed box or a plain thin brown cardboard one? Also, is styrofoam padding included?

Josh, I don't want a refund, but could you please comment on why so many of us, who actually paid for the shipping upgrade with BitPay, still owe money according to your website? BitPay payment went through with no problems, but my order is not updating and still has the same amount due. I have a low order number and expect shipping soon, and this has me worried.
