Very interesting business model. I think this project will be profitable. When a token is backed by real estate, it gives confidence in the project.

Value is derived from the desirability of the real estate location and valuation, the facilities and services provided. As a PBT holder, you can choose to keep the PBT, use the lifetime membership of the hubs, also you can rent out your PBT to others and get profit in this way. Included in this, is the ability to vote in the company's expansion plans, and new locations for hubs. |

I will get some PBT and hold it longterm. They'll start with only 1 hub so the price should raise when they open the other hubs.

I think it won't take 1 day if you read the whitepaper. Selling all available PBT tokens within hours is very possible. Only 3k BTC needed as there will be only 1000 PBT available for sell during the ICO. |

Ok... you convinced me... I think I'll invest some BTC in this project, and I also join your signature campaign... good work devs and go ahead!!  same as me I am more confident with this project that will be successful, I will also set aside a little btc to join this project It's funny to see some post like this that a low-rank user post in an ICO thread that they will gonna invest on the ICO and then you see that they are wearing their signature and the rule on the signature campaign has a required 2 post on the ANN thread. I hope the Mods on the forum will notice this kind of rules on the signature campaign because it really forces bounty hunters to post on a certain ANN thread even though they don't have any question or comments.  Yes, a subscription company requires 2 posts a week in this thread, but that doesn't mean the idea is bad. A very interesting project and most importantly it gives the opportunity to explore the creation of a decentralized community in new industries. Yes, a lot of questions, but this way the community needs to pass to earn the decision and rules of engagement. The proposed model of crushing up to 4 digits gives the buyer a token knowledge, and the particles of his possessions. |

You might have to notify the Bounty Manager which is sylon about this so he can do something about it. I am really interested in participating to your project. That's why I have some questions about it that are very critical for my participation.
1) How long after the ICO finishes will i get my tokens ?
2) When will I be able to use your facilities in Amsterdam ?
3) What is the development cost per working space?
4) What's the percentage of working spaces that will be distributed to token holders ?
5) How are you so sure about the dates you announce for the other locations?
6) As I understand the money from the ICO will be invested to other properties for leasing and then you will give us the use of them. Besides the tokens will we have any documents for the rights of use?
7) Will I have the right to use it as contact address?
8 ) What documents will you give me to prove it?
I'd appreciate if you take the time to answer my questions,
