I'm not 100% aware what powerledger or grid+ achieved
But suncontract platform ist 100% live, white paper goals completely achieved, a lot of new stuff being developed like the electricity  manager portal.
There is a new service being developed which will be usable worldwide even tho snc is not active there
Snc token model looks very promising, 100% already circulating and a great usecase for the token
Its very easy to use and intuitive
They got some attention from the EU and so they got a funding from EU ministery (2.1 mil $ (more than they got from the ico)) and a lot of stuff to discover
I think there are some differences as u see (circulating supply, products, platform, token usecase it seems to me that snc is very good balanced, the team is working on adoption and with great success meanwhile they achieved more than 5000 active user of the platform buying/selling energy P2P, that's huge imo)
