In this specific case a small house (pictured above) which is rented out, is also connected to the same measuring point. The power plant will thus cover the consumption of electricity for both houses.

Yesterday we attended the presentation of the Competence Center for Social Innovations of Slovenia at Impact Hub Ljubljana. Our director, Jošt Štrukelj, presented our advanced energy marketplace SunContract as part of the round table discussion. The Competence Center is part of the SEED project, a 15-partner consortium from 4 countries (Italy, Greece, Romania and Slovenia) where the aim is to exchange knowledge and create opportunities for cooperation between companies who care.

In the past few days, colleagues Brigita and Andrej were in Palermo, Italy, where they attended a plenary session within the BRIGHT project - Boosting Demand Response through increased community-level consumer engagement by combining Data-driven and blockchain technology tools with social science approaches and multivalue service design.
As part of the discussion, the partners reviewed together what has been achieved so far and determined the necessary steps to complete the vision of the Bright project.
The goal of the project is to promote digital development, how blockchain technology tools, together with scientific approaches and multi-value service design, can be used to expand Demand Response, with increased customer participation at the community level.
