No, it's working fine on me i mean the pic on the OP right? I think it's just your connection sometimes I got the similar problem like this, i couldn't see the pic on bitcointalk due to my internet provider i don't know they blocked it or my connection was trouble but when i used VPN the problem was resolved.

Not only the Asians but almost all of the people from all countries of the world are eligible to invest in this ICO, because it is a crypto world and in this field everyone is treated the same. This project is for the whole of the world and this will make this project the successful project. We all have to invest in it equally.

i think those people who know the importance of this project will take more interest in this project. specially the poorer countries who are facing the electricity problems they will surely take interest in bitcoin, but over all i am hopeful even all the wise users of this form will also put some of their money in this ICO, which is going to break all the records of previous ICOs.
