yes you are right, in some ways bitcoin reduces unemployment also, lot of people lost a job and some of them has really no employment experience yet. In bitcoin, there are already has a job and earning from and that is an employment though. So, bitcoin provides job to those who are unemployed.

Yes bitcoin had helped many companies develop their technology and yeah, the possibility of having robots do our jobs is always there but I don't really think that it will be an issue. Companies have been using robots for years now because of the consistency and efficiency that it provides but they are still needing actual people to do certain jobs. And there are also a lot of companies out there. Surely you can find yourself a job with one of those companies.
