What do you think of mining Raven with 1080 TI's ?.. It's hailed as even better than VTC for ASIC resistance, and seems to have a fanatical following  The only reason I didn't make the switch is it's still not traded at reputable top class exchanges, but would like to hear your own opinions about it specifically for mining with 1080 TI's... |

If you don't like the exchanges, you can mine x16r on nicehash.com 320GHASH is currently mining there. The current best prices at nicehash is 0.0126btc/GHASH

40 mhash, thats 5 cards with the sp-mod @ 800watt for the rig. Could be a gpu miner. I would have expected abit more for a FPGA miner.
Since when does cgminer work on GPUs? |

You should ask the copy paste coders. To rename ccminer you just need to change a few lines of code.

Why would he rename ccminer to cgminer? cgminer 4.9.0 FYI is an ASIC/FPGA miner. |

I am mining it for months and not selling it,as for shitty exchange you are right about it and they are already in talk with bittrex afaik.As for fanatical following its because no1 is really buying their story with oh we are just random coin created from thin air that was already planned and whos core devs are being payed by a serious company that already heavily invested in crypto and can use rvn in their busines or that they already have crypto famous person shilling it from start just because he "likes the project"With so many shitcoins outthere this one is pretty much a safe bet for profit and we are all waiting to see what will happen with it |

Zpool's numbers are always inflated.. Other pool has 40x their hashrate and lower profit numbers.

Luxcoin just forked to avoid FPGA/ASIC miners. A FPGA that does 40MHASH is not very good. A 8 gpu can do 64MHASH @ 1280 watt. The problem comes when the fpga/asic does 600MHASH with 1280 watt. |

Do you know how many gates are needed to pull 1280watts? That FPGA will cost more than Somalia's GDP. These probably pull like 20-30w at 40mh/s |

The fact that the uploader is trying to copy another person's work (and even the name?) is enough for me to recommend everyone to stay away from it. After all, the ETHlargement is working and is as safe as it can get for a closed-source software, why would anyone try anything else?  |
