distributed is not add up to descentralized, wouldn't normally be possible to independently tokenize your info without blockchain, quite simply, it could not be easy for the identification owner to have power over it with out a fourth party, if so the developers of the machine. Analog compared to that, would be much like Spotify controlling this content over a distributed data loading system

Trying to use civic for an ICO we’re advising and haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone via the contact forms on the website.
Uh...hello mcfly! Did you all just miss this post. Guy gets on here and says he's trying to get a hold of CVC to use it for a new coin and they can't reach anyone at the CVC offices....and people on here just keep chatting away at how great Civic is and wouldn't it just be great if Twitter used it. Is there anyone home in the Civic office? How do we know CVC developers are still working? |

Almost 5 billion euros revenue last year, and they are Civic's partner. So Civic is already aiming at non-crypto businesses?

Civic is aiming to allow for 2 party interaction. They see it as a violation of privacy if you query an authority. Their goal is to make it similar to showing an ID without anyone else being involved. By having a block chain the validity of the issuance can be confirmed without leaking that the confirmation is taking place.

yes that's very good news, I am very enthusiastic about this news especially I believe with Vinny lingham that make me believe with this project they give progress in the future so we will see this project grow naturally and demand will make the price go up |

It appears to be not needed indeed. But distributed is not equal to descentralized, would not be possible to independently tokenize your info without blockchain, in other words, it would not be possible for the identity owner to have power over it without a fourth party, in that case the designers of the system.

They have ERC20 tokens. Im also interesting: how tokens using here? People pay some fee in tokens or no? And what different beatween Thekey? |

Recently we have seen many companies made a partnership with the civic company because low cost and verification services are very important to other companies. |

That was some stupid pump and dump yesterday, who ever here was responsible, hang your head is shame....
$CVC does have a very bright future ahead and it is in my Top 5. Safest Bet Bags. Price now is easy gains this time next year x5 - x10. Vinny is the man, with a master plan, putting all his time and energy in Civic to make it a world leader in Identity management and i am sure, they have many more great ideas lined up, if you only have one bag in rypto, Bag Civic!

Anyone else here took the chance to dump their heavy bags? I've been in Civic since ICO and apart for a big pump in December it hasn't been all to good for me  Could dump yesterday due to Ledger though.. |

Very strong manipulation. They pumped up to 4000 sat in 30 minutes and immediately sent to 2200. It's just incredible. Who after this will believe in the potential of the coin?
Does anyone know what caused this pamp and dump?
If there was strong support in this coin, they would not drive it so hard.
