Check to see is you have active connections at the bottom of the wallet.
Try restarting windows and see if it synks, otherwise if it still isn't working, you can try adding these nodes manually

If you are still having problems, backup your wallet.dat file and reinstall the cream wallet. Make sure to back up the wallet.dat file.

I have had my wallet closed for a period of time due to moving things around. I have had it opened and staking for 5 days now and just realized I am staking 28 times a day @ 1.6 CRM = 44.8 CRM per day staking.
