They don't want to respect the promised coin supply as they want to change it in their own benefits to mine with their pre-mined coins. Exactly how CEO Robin Linus said before on telegram that the scammers took control of the project from Robin turning it into a scam. Yes, they turned a great project into a SCAM in order to exit scam and cash in their ICO money.

I can bet on $10,000 that these scammers will POS mine with the charity funds promised for charity.

Regarding the fact you claimed about their latest financial report. The financial report was published on September 10, but it was calculated based on their financials dated in July. It means the Financial report is older than 6 months. You are just a clown promoting this SCAM COIN. Why do they make me believe they simply don't want to publish the new financial report? As an ICO investor, I am extremely disappointed that they have been hiding and lying all this time.

I bought some, It's great that the NIMIQ team is getting closer to NIMIQ OASIS. This is going to reward the investors that care about the project long term by staking there coins. Investors become the validators of the Nimiq Ecosystem, making them one of the key part role of the whole network. Mining will be a thing in the past. Environment friendly. I like it.

Many people, including me, posted on this thread proofs that show the team is just interested in scamming everybody. The team pre-mined 7.5%. Then they bought hundreds of millions of coins from the market (called dev compensations). Literally just manipulating the price. Now, they switch to Proof of SHIT.  Staking pre-mined coins and hundreds of millions of coins bought from the market. Now, the team decided to scam even more! They want to change the DISTRIBUTION CURVE! What a shit show. They are all full of lies while smoking pot in Costa Rica. I am tired and sick of these liars! - no transparency report. the first sign of a project that is dying.
- no longer have funds for listing on new exchanges.
- plan to change the algorithm and even the distribution curve! wtf ??
- when charity donation with pre-mined funds? jaja. will they stake with the charity funds? jaja
- they started to pay community members to stay active on telegram and discord.
- burning rate too high.
- oasis delayed
- weg bank failed for building any app
- tokenpay partner of weg bank is dead
- efin partner of weg bank is dead

the list can go on. this is just the beginning of the end.
