Gatundu South, Kiambu County, Member of Parliament Moses Kuria has proposed an amendment to the Banking Act which had capped the interest rates that banks can charge on loans at a lending cap to 10 per cent above the Central Bank Rate (CBR) .

In the amendment, Hon Kuria wants the interest rate cap to be raised by a margin to accommodate Kenya’s Small and Medium Entreprises. The current law caps the rate to 4 per cent above the CBR.

This is very important for ADK.

Interesting posts here about ETF. I would like to invest into ADK, but for me the price is still so high 2.5$. If you calculate the market cap, then you will get this number: 62,500,000$ and that is still pertty high.
What´s your opinion?

Aidos is probably the most controversial coin on the market .

Nothing is easy, especially dealing for make Bank, and ETF.. I do not think the price could reflect always the value of an asset, and we must keep in mind that ADK was never promoted, not even supported on cmc or fame exchanges. When Banking & ETF will be released we will see what the market decide

News are not confusing, news are clear. I would bet that once we will hear about the first approved BTC ETF proposal, it takes at least one year than all will be done. The necessary steps related to ADK ETF begun in October and is expected to be solved till end of Q1, but it does not mean that all necessary steps from NSE, CMA cannot take more time. For comparison, the average time for accomplishing ETFs is 7 months from the date when a proposal is approved (by SEC), thus we can expect that other national regulators need similar time, moreover we talk about first crypto ETF so let them work
