i think after 5 years ethereum will pump up to $8k-$10k. because ethereum is the second rank coin in bitcoin. and also ethereum has an ability to pump high near in bitcoin. but we are not sure what price of ethereum will be in 2022. but i hope that ethereum pumping high will continuous until 2022. keep holding guyz. goodluck

4 years down the line, so it would be a wild speculation. If this question have been asked in jan-feb of this year, people would have said 15-20k
But right now after this much consolidation, no one is sure and no one can be. But I believe in ETH and if there devs are able to deliver sharding and casper by the start of next year, it could be seen as a positive sentiment by investors and more money will come. I think $2-3k is very much possible and $5k is very much in sight too.

i thought ETH already hit this levels in January ahead of this long bear run, Im hoping for the $5k mark by 2021 ish,with the ethereum alliance I woun't be surprised if one of the large companies adopt ETH as their blockchain infrastructure

What i speculate is that the Ethereum have so much potential that might overtake bitcoin in the future. Most of the alternative coins uses ETH smart contract platform and most of the exchanges uses ETh as their main currency pair with every token. The worst case might be would it could be a half price of bitcoin.

Although supported more than 100 tokens, but the thing that makes the user not too sure is still dependent on the price of bitcoin, supposedly with the amount of support from devs. ethereum can be independent and can fight market when any coins drop.

You are creating another joke about that. You should spend some of your times on the twitter and look at the result on the latest votes about which the platform is popular among the crypto users. When bitcoin has been moving to the POS, off-chain and on-chain scalability and then they are creating another useless copycat platform. Satoshi was an innovative guy but those are not.
