Bitcoin heading to $4,000

I think by the end of the year bitcoin will be able to touch the $ 4000 mark. Now there are many other crypto currencies that are rapidly gaining momentum and bitcoin growth will not be too fast, but this is just my opinion.

I also agree your advice may be that bitcoin prices will rise year-end or early year.
When touched 4000 USD is very impressive.
I get excited to collect bitcoins.

I also believe on this bitcoin will hit $4000 right before this year end, and the price now for me is still cheap and this is the best time to buy and save more bitcoin because the price of bitcoin will surely soar high and makes a lot profit for you. This is just my analysis not to hype anything here just stating my thought.

well I think you are right that bitcoin price will be more high in the end of this year or either in next year but I think reaching the price of bitcoin to 4000$ is not possible.

It seems that it still takes at least 3 months, this is because bitcoin hard to reach $ 3000, if it can pass $ 3000 then the price will continue to soar.

We have still five more months to go until October but anyways I wonder after Aug, 1st what other excuses could these Chinese find to cause another uncertainty in the market and hold back the the improvement? Imagine if Antpool with other pools from China were not such stubborn and manipulative people and could activate SW already we could be @$4000 now and speculate for $6000 instead by the end of this year.

Yes, I think you can make hope like this because bitcoin touch $3000 last days and the demand is going high these days soo no doubt it is possible to touch $4000 in august and further on I think it wii rise more and more because people are getting interest in it.

But I don't think those scalability issues are blocking bitcoin to reach $4000 prices because when those network problems get resolved we can expect bitcoin prices to reach at least $10,000 price levels.

I mean to say as per the current trend of bitcoin prices, we can be sure about bitcoin will be reaching $3500 and then $4000 price levels in coming weeks. Honestly we could not find the any big rally in the month of June and we may expect different trend from July month onward.

Well see saw the price good at $2,500 for a couple of days and now we are heading at $3,000 but it seems that there's a real barrier on it. Hoping that soonest we'll reach $3,000. And once we saw it's good and stable at $3,000 expect that there's more to come and there's no doubt that we are heading now at $4,000.

I don't have an idea on this but many are saying that this is going to help the network and will resolve the current problems that we are experiencing. But whatever it is I hope that the price will be landing to this speculation very soon.

I join you. The only problem with bitcoin is that hard fork and block size thing. If it's solved, the rest is easy peasy.

To be honest after Bitcoin reached the point of 1000$ my biggest expectation was to see 2000$ by the end of the year. But just two weeks ago Bitcoin crossed the price of 3000$ on some asian exchangers and I am really confused what price to expect from bitcoin, especially if to take in view the speed of it's spreading and raising popularity. I think 4000$ is a possible price to be seen during the year, or maybe I am too modest with my expectations again

This is pretty much standard SegWit proposed by Core devs but miners agreed that withing next 6 month they will add hard fork and increase block side to 2 MB.
There is no 100% perfect scaling solution, every single way has some drawbacks, SegWit is the best we can get. It will drive price crazy once it is done correctly.

Definitely it will rise it's value after that month of august because transactions will be better and improved in the blockchain, although people will gain interest it's not yet an assurance of hitting that exact $4000; maybe at around $3500 plus. So never lose hope with your holdings, we can make it to $4000 soon and you should be patient with minor fluctuations may occur.

It is actually quite difficult to predict the bitcoin price these days, as there seems to be no basis for the price to rise to $3,000, nor does seem to be compelling reasons to stop too much the current pause that is experiencing the uptrend of bitcoin. I do believe that with current volatility the conditions are set to exceed the mark of $4,000 by the end of this year, and I would even dare to think that $5K seems like a pretty affordable goal in the coming months.

All in all, the price may start rising again or the price will settle around $2500 within the week.  For most traders, that is just fine, since it is still a huge increase.  For those that popped into the market recently, this could mean a loss.

All in all, the price may start rising again or the price will settle around $2500 within the week.  For most traders, that is just fine, since it is still a huge increase.  For those that popped into the market recently, this could mean a loss.
 

Yeah for people who held btcs since last year this would already be a profotable price where btc is steady right now. And we can probably get to 4k late this year or early next year if evrything goes smoothly same as how it was last year. Btc has been inceasing in value annually and that trand seems likely to continue til 2018.

A price change like today that came in at $3000 and might leave at $2500 or $2700 can take a lot of power out of those new buyers and even cause another second day drop due to panic selling.
