Many like more fiat rather then crypto and opposite opinion. But both are needed to work totgher on this cuz both wotk for another. We buy bitcoin with fiat and we sell bitcoin to fiat. So with this said we need them both.

I don't see the chances of this actually happening because we still have a large population of the earth that barely has internet access and so many people who barely know what cryptocurrencies are or how they work. They will just work hand in hand with fiat instead.

I think it's not going to happen because cryptocurrencies has no physical form, not all the people know about this kind of technology or know about the existence of digital coin and you must have a internet connection and not all the people are afford to buy a gadget for using cryptocurrencies and paper money was used over a 100 years so it's not easy to replace.
The biggest problem when we use cryptocurrency to replace paper money is cryptocurrency can not use offline. If we transfer cryptocurrency to paper wallet, why do we not use normal paper money? This is the biggest problem make cryptocurrency can not change the best function of paper money.

Bitcoin competes with card payments and banks rather than with paper money. Paper money will never disappear due to working offline but it is currently a tiny proportion of the financial system, the vast majority of money is already digital on peoples bank accounts.

Cryptocurrency is just another way to pay at online. There is no chance to be a world without any physical money because a government drives the country and its system by the money what he/she gets from our taxes.
If there is no money in this world and only crypto is running then the government can’t get any taxes because there is no any kind of relation between any crypto and local banks and no countries government doesn’t exchange money by crypto so the government did not let it happen.

The chances are zero, because governments rely on the official money to finance their state budget and it is still obligatory in all countries in this world! But it is also not necessary that crypto currencies will replace the official money and we can continue using it separately to the exploitation fiat system.

I don't see real money will disappear, It's just my opinion. But rather bitcoin will be more usable and popular to everyone than cash specially in doing transaction online that gives enable users or rather customer to pay immediately. And it takes long time to disappear money. Because there's still some countries are not yet known about bitcoin and some of those have a weak internet connection.

Just to fulfill few needs that were not able to be done by real money cryptocurrency came into existence. This with the potential it has got grew high and reached great value through the varied usage. Upon the fact I believe bitcoin will serve as an supporting asset to the real currency and won't tend to replace it.

I think the chances for people living in a world without money or some physical form of currency is pretty low to 0% because people have been used to the status quo of actually having something to hold on to for trading, buying stuff, purchasing whatever, and getting services.  Just like the old days, we don't have cash but gold as an actual measure of wealth, is used to get something.  You literally take a piece off gold from let's say a bigger gold piece if you eant to get something or if not gold, precious stones are real and as such, widely used back then too for trading and commerce.  So with bitcoin replacing cash, we may have more means to hse cashless transactions and use bitcoins but it would not really replace cash.

That's 50/50. I believe that there is a possibility that the digital currency can be realized in the future. Thanks to our advanced technologies and continue to develop, I see that a new era will emerge. So I think that the ball is on the government. This is the one who can only make a law or change the current status of the currency.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked

By taking the events in account that are happening right now, one can conclude that there is a high probability that cryptocurrencies are going to make fiat money useless in the future(maybe not near future). We have entered the age of digitalization. Therefore in my opinion fiat money will become useless.

There is a possiblity but that will take a lot of time to happen. The most of people is still unaware of Bitcoin and so before the whole world will start using it many years will have to go by.

Yes it would be the problem facing by people when crypto currency replace real money that we cannot use it when offline. But in this latest technology era the use of internet is too common. The crypto currency disappear the real currency by it best properties over the real money. There is no cost of paper which affected in printing of real currency. There is no involvement of banks in digital currency which has been occurred a lot of fees and taxes.

Short term (10 years) - not really, just augment it.

Long-term (next 100 years) - strong possibility that people will have found ways to go cashless then. cryptos would be the way to go. Either a mix of full adoption backed by governments (centralized national currencies) and free markets (decentralized) currencies.

FIAT has the problem about the cost for paper money, but do you think cryptocurrency not have same problem? The resources for fabrication to build mining hardware is not cheap, ASIC and GPU all the hardware need to spend many money and electric for building and running.

Sadly big chances. Many known people want to introduce plastic money (visa/mastercard for example) in their country.
If they will success, there will be no privacy whatsoever :/.
Crypto's can't scale that good to be national currency, its like digital gold, it can't replace FIAT.
It depends on the acceptance of once country and government. Because if you will just focus to people who wants privacy in terms of transactions there will be a high percentage that bitcoon or any other form of crypto currency to be a replacement on Fiat. Crypto currency specially Bitcoin has the capability to give people a safer way and faster way to do transaction so why not they would prefer Bitcoin more.

no. although bitcoin has many advantages over fiat, bitcoin can not make money disappear. bitcoin has a transaction time of approximately 10 minutes. in addition, when there is no internet access or gadgets that we use out of power, of course we will be very confused to make payments when making direct transactions.

so, in my opinion, between the bitcoin and conventional money should not be compared over which mana. both have advantages and disadvantages. the advantages that exist in bitcoin can mask the lack of conventional money, and vice versa. until finally the transaction and the economy can be getting better and easier.
