Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will never be able to win paper money because they have a completely different purpose. Any government to manage the state needs a controlled currency, and it will always serve the real economy, and bitcoin is a free currency free economy on the Internet. They will always exist in parallel.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked
There is a chance that cryptocrrency can be use in a daly basis like buying on the market, shopping and transferring money.. but, is there a chance that people can all have crypotocurrency?specially in the Philippines which poverty is an issue, that every individual can have adevice or a bank account so in just a second there will be deduction.

I'm not sure about this but for me there is no possibility that cryptos will replace fiat. The first reason is that no government will allow that especially the banks. It will mean the end of business for them if there will be no paper currencies. And of course not all merchants accepts bitcoin especially those micro businesses that cannot afford to buy machines for bitcoin transactions. If ever there is a possibility it will take more years for a single country and much more for the whole world. And besides not all countriea acknowledge bitcoin.

I don't agree with your statement. Most of the people will use their country currency they don't beleive in virtual currency we know that its a good cryptocurrency but still offline people do not trust on these they all want safer money with less fluctuation on the other hand we know that Bitcoin has big potential to move up. I see in coming 10-20 years its not possible anyway but can't predict the future. A normal person never took the risk to use highly fluctuated currency & In my opinion real money can't be disappear.

I do believe that cryptocurrency can conquer and dominate the real money.

As the technology rises, there are things that is less used. Technology makes the works of men easier. This is somehow connected to cryptocurrency and real money. If cryptocurrency dominates the real money, it can be easy to go out of your house without bringing amount of money. It can be easy to transact with others through cryptocurrency and less risk on getting your money in your wallet to be snatched.

With the rise of technology and the effectiveness/advantages of cryptocurrency it is not impossible that it may cause the real money disappear.

Real money will not disappear just because of the cryptocurrencies because in fact, they will merge and they will become together for our world to have a better financial system which makes almost all the transactions faster and more effective than before and that is why cryptocurrencies and real money will still exist and not of them will disappear.

Yes actually cryptocurrencies have the potential to make real money disappear but it's not going to happen ever as the governments won't let it happen because if they do they will lose their control over public which, governments might think, would result in anarchy. So what is going to happen is that both fiat or real money and cryptocurrencies will coexist.

I agree with you, cryptocurrency may dominate real money because this is the industrial revolution but to make real money disappear, first world governments must legally Bitcoin and see Bitcoin as currency.

No, because bitcoin is actual money to the same extent as USD or EUR, what you probably mean is "paper money", I wouldn't be surprised at that kind of world, considering how paper is already losing majority of it's uses in US and Europe, everyone pays with a Credit Card.
Now imagine a bitcoin credit card-like system, you pay with directly to an address when scanned, That's the idea of using digital bitcoin wallets.
Well probably you're right, but considering the fact that paper money has still some importance in its usage and value. We still have to make amends that it has been the foundation of what we've gain today as 'currency', since dollars is the number one paper currency in the world, and still is one.

But making you're idea possible could destroy Bitcoin eventually. Imagine having credit card just for Bitcoin is just making assumption that the government already have it controlled.

Most still think that so called "paper money" is best but some want to have this payed like this cuz they like to have it. This is really hard one to answer and to point in right direction. We are in technological era of progress and liked or not we will see this happen one way or another but not so soon. Believe that it will take more then we think for this to come to reality, how ever iit is possible and achievable. Think that here main problem will be with current bank system and with government global. If this is sorted well then is will be only matter of time.

I cant see that, if it happened there would be a time that people will need physical money for easy transactions. I think merging of those currency are closely enough to happened, feasible.

That is not very likely. Governments will spring into action the moment they feel threatened. In fact, Bitcoin is banned in countries like Bangladesh and Bolivia. And governments' interest has been piqued by cryptocurrencies.

Ofcourse no. Bitcoin will not make real money disasppear because we all know that bitcoin is a digital money and that point answers a lot. Bitcoin will not overcome real money but to help it in some transactions and ofcourse catch it if it has any problems. Like that.

What are the chances of living in a world with no actual money ?  Shocked

Till the time we ruled by central authorities, we cannot dream of having a cryptocurrency-ruled economy. These central authorities will not let bitcoin take the place of fiat money. After all, cryptocurrencies do have an element of anarchy to them.

The vision is Utopian-- having a world which is connected by a decentralised currency. Governments will run out of work to do if that happens Cheesy so they will not let cryptocurrencies rise to power.

Negligible. There's a parallel underground economy running on bitcoin but the moment it becomes big, government will clamp it down.

I agree. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have a disruptive potential. They have not merely currencies but blockchain tech's other applications can turn the world upside down. Banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions will have nothing to do if cryptocurrencies become mainstream. And so, govts will interfere and ban them before that. Indian govt is in talks about taxing cryptocurrency gains.

Crypto currencies would not make real money disappear. There are still more people around the world who don't even have bank accounts, credit or debit cards.More people don't have even basic education to be able to use digital currencies. They think only the paper money as real money which they could see and touch. So real money would exist and could not be made to disappear.

yes I am agree with you that we cannot say that bitcoin can make real money disappear but I think it will reduce the use of real money because now people likes to use bitcoin instead of real currency but we never see the real money over the bitcoin I think it won’t be happen because even it consider as a money and it will happen for sure.

Woah, hold your horses there buddy. You think something so simple could make the government go rage in anarchy? That's very simple thinking. The government have so much more important issues than having Bticoin being a hindrance to Fiats. Even if the government will never get their hands on Bitcoin (which is true), it will not result in such devastation. Do you think they would sacrifice its peace just to take over it? And think about this, 1 country is not enough to take control out of it, since Bitcoin has been made worldwide.

It will really does coexist, we don't need to get either one of them just to utilize each of them.

i see that is a possibility if everyone shifted from fiat to bitcoin, but the next question there is, what will be the value of bitcoin, to what will you convert it?  fiat is showing us the value if bitcoin, i think both should still be utlized, since we do need fiat for other expenses, though there is no mutual relationship between fiat and bitcoin as of now, i see that bitcoin still needs fiat, for us to determine its value or price.
