We hope they can sell us a good fight not good speeches and slangs of the English language. These fighters especially Floyd has a marketing strategy that he use in promoting his games and after we've been tricked to pay huge sums of money then he sells us a full fight and ends up showing us pictures of the same money in his room.

Well the dynamics are quite different with Connor vs mayweather fight, here mayweather has got a reputation to protect, he doesn't want to be beaten in boxing and so he'll do all within his power to have his way plus he's not fighting in enemy grounds like pacman did in Australia.

But you are forgetting that Mayweather made Pacman unable to get anything done just 2 years earlier, and he also made Berto look like an amateur only 1 year ago.

Also Jeff used a lot ugly headbuts and choking. There are rumors of the match being rigged since it was hosted in australia...

I don't see this changing anything in the Mayweather vs Conor odds.

Oscar De La Hoya beat Mayweather when they fought and the judges gave the fight to Mayweather anyway.

Compustat also showed favortism towards Mayweather when he fought Pacquiao by not giving Pacman credit for a lot of punches he landed to the body.

I watched the fight live and i really thought Manny won the fight against Mayweather and he was the aggressor but when the judges read the score he won the fight by unanimous decision and i am really sure that no one could defeat Mayweather in a close fight because the judges will favor him no matter what.

Press release or Weigh In? Weigh in should be the day before the fight.

Their world tour of press conference (oh my really a big money huh) will takes place first at London during mid July. Next stop I don't know or they will take a tour at most of the continents. Because of that super promotions, it's just making sense to believe that all are about money.

From the trainjng videos, both boxers have really put in the work but the speed and agility favors Floyd in ways that are much more needed in the close confines of the boxing rings where grapples and sumbmissions are rendered useless.

Indeed. Even if we say that they're both skilled and prepared, hell even if connor is more skilled than floyd, it's a really a big thing that this is going to be fought in a boxing match. Experience matters a whole lot and i don't see mcgregor's mma experience helping him with boxing rules. Floyd's got this in the bag.

So the week from 17th to 23th is going to be the press release. They are already playing mind games on social media. Also Conor Mcgregor got a big picture of him punching Mayweather in the head on the wall of his training gym.

This fight is really in favor of Floyd, since Boxing is really his forte. Jumping from MMA to pure Boxing, I think McGregor would be having a hard time to adapt in Floyd's footwork. Versatility and Agility would be enough for Floyd to win this fight. BUT, The thing is McGregor's boxing is not that bad. Actually, His punches is way more heavier than Floyd's.

The catch in this fight is that McGregor would definitely do most of the attacks and Floyd's as usual will be on the defense. Even though that this is Floyd's playground, He must not be too comfortable. McGregor's punch and timing is very much accurate and powerful. One wrong move can decide the outcome of the match.

But, I think McGregor would win this match via TKO.

A lot of people thought Daniel Cormier would out-wrestle Jon Jones due to Cormier being an olympic level wrestler. The same thing happened when Demetrious Johnson fought olympic gold medalist Henry Cejudo. A lot of people thought the olympic wrestler would be able to out-wrestle Demetrious Johnson.

I'm not saying Conor McGregor will definitely win. But I do wonder if MMA fighters can not be outwrestled and dominated by olympic wrestlers if it means Conor won't be dominated and outstruck by a good boxer.

For this game, I will bet on Mc gregor  not only he is big mouth trash talker but also he got balls to prove that he will win the game. Mayweather on the other side will definitely make his long lived strategy to run and run until the fight is over. I will bet a 10,000 on Mcgregor Conor sure win, yeah he does the talk and talk but again at the end he will win even if he lost the match.

Hah, you raised a good point here @Hydrogen, this just me thinking. LOL. But we can't compare them in my opinion. Olympic level wrestlers got to only showcase their strength every 4 years only as opposed to a well trained MMA wrestlers who fought like twice in a year. But I still given Connor a good chance to pull a upset here. We should not rule him out. He will give us a good fight.

Cormier is an Olympic wrestler but he is fighting in an MMA match against Jon Jones. The comparative is not accurate.

Compare it to a match where they would only strictly wrestle. Then Cormier would have the better odds.

And I think that in the DC-Jones rematch DC will win this time.
