The ICO is still not open it starts at August 5 24:00 UTC. You can check the time until the ICO starts on our website.

I'm sorry only Newbie accounts are not allowed in the signature campaign. Because it could result in mass spam.
But you can join every other campaign like Twitter, Facebook, Blog, Steemit, Translations and Big Media.
