Blocklancer has also one service for the token holder that is a Tribunal where the problem between the freelancer and client will be get solved in a decentralized and in a self-regulatory way. Any changes made to the blocklancer platform needs to require of voting of the token holders.

Till now the freelancing industry total of 55 Million workforce which is 10% increase in the last 10 years. And the data shows it has almost doubled and the 35% is the total workforce from the U.S market. The whole industry earned a total of 1 Trillion dollar last year and it comprises a significant share of the US economy. So, Blocklancer has estimated that if total of 0.01% community will use their platform the total money circulation in the blocklancer platform will be more than $10,000,000,00. And the fees earned by the platform will be $30,00,000 that is 3%. And finally, the token holder will be earned from these fees on the basis of their holding percentage.
