I do believe monetha is a legit project but one of the reasons I didn't buy in was because their spokesperson appeared to be more of a cheesy model than someone really knowledgeable. It reminds me of the male version of Paragon, which if you all remember, the paragon female ceo got a lot of shit (rightfully so) for coming off as stupid, money hungry, and having a history of overly sexual videos and photos which makes any real investor have difficulty taking the project seriously.
I know monethas spokesguy isn't the ceo so it's not as bad, but just sharing my own view on this.

This is not what i expected from the community. Monetha is great but the whole problem is with the token holders. Why someone's personal lifestyle is being flashed around and is causing FUD. Really disappointed that a great team is being held hostage by its community members only. |

It's so cute to see, how former students and strippers, are enjoining investors money... We will visit all blockchain conferences all around the world, fuck the best hookers, drink the most expansive drinks, live in a most expansive hotels and nobody will tell us anything, because we are a fucking hard working team attending useless conferences all around the world. We collected $35 millions, but are too fucking greedy, to rent a real office. We prefer to take some stupid pictures in unknown places, so nobody can find us. Yea.. and we are too greedy to hire a programmer for $1000 a month, so he can, just for a visibility, make some changes in our github. We were just smart enough, to find a bankrupt and homeless Eric Duprant via twitter, and someone with a name related to "bank" (Kellog Fairbank) via linkledin and hire them, as a fake team members, to lure some idiots into our fake and scammy project. WOW. I LOVE YOU GUYS !  |

Is Monetha really dead?!
Is there something wrong with the tech at all?
I have started to read up on Monetha and the more I read the more I like it. It has a strong team, nice whitepaper, clear roadmap and they should have the funding they need since the ICO was sold out.
I read a lot about "I believe in the project and will keep holding". For us thinking of investing, why should we invest? What is the reason for this loss in interest?
