They have 400M tokens are you sure? because according to coinmarketcap data the total supply for MONETHA is 402M. |

I agree with you, they should burn at least 100 million tokens. By CMC circulating supply is 216,863,420 anybody know where are other 168 million ? |

I agree with you, they should burn at least 100 million tokens. By CMC circulating supply is 216,863,420 anybody know where are other 168 million ? Burning tokens has no long term value at all. Lets say you as a investor loose half of your tokens because they get burned. Because of that the price rises and may spike a bit because people who didnt knew about the token burn would think it is a naturally rise of the value and would get in. So all you would do is fooling people who are not involved in the project. But after some time the price would settle to a proportional value of the price right now. Since Monetha is a serious company and not interested in pump and dumps, it wouldnt make any sense for them. To answer your question about the tokens out of circulation you should read their whitepaper. In their you can see how they got distributet. They belong to monetha and are locked for a year from the moment of the ico. |

Sorry if I am rehashing old news but I am reading something about CEO being a stripper. Most people here dismiss this as FUD but I haven't seen refutable evidence to the contrary. I guess it is OK to have a past but are we sure that the CEO is who he says he is?!
Just to note, I am a Monetha holder and believe in the project but I want to know that the project team is serious and now just a "fake" team since that has been the case before in other ICOs.
I dont care if he was a stripper, hooker or anything else. Everyone has a second chance in life and he seem to be an ambitious person with a good product. second chance? Even if he was, which he wasnt, nothing wrong with that. I also don't care if he was a stripper or bodybuilder or anything. What I do care about is the CEO is who he says he is or ahve they jsust used the photo of someone else and put it up on their webpage. Everybody has a past but I just want to know if he is for real and if he has the expertise to lead Monetha to the project it could be. |

For some reason, this project attracted an especially ungrateful and aggressive number of small "investors" from the beginning, which was clearly noticeable in this thread even while the ICO was still running. This is really one the more annoying threads and so called "communities" on Bitcointalk, and that's not Monetha's fault.

Monetha's price is officially going like a turtle, while the prices of other subcoins increase by 3 or 5 percentage points. I would advise you not to consider long-term investments for Monetha. Unfortunately there is a lack of confidence in earnings against Moneta on a global basis.
