Your questions is a bit confusing, but I'll try answer this the best I can. Some online sites do accept Bitcoin, for example an online market place for games called Opskins accepts it, although Bitcoin has yet to become mainstream yet. As for shopping online, technically you could use Bitcoin for everything, by buying gift card and using them for the different sites.

Don't know what you mean by different ways to spend Bitcoin so I can't answer that for you.

I think it would be better if saving and holding to make a purchase with bitcoin, with very high bitcoin prices would be better if it could be used to do business like trade and investment, but that's just your advice and your decision right to decide.

Well, I think I will also save it in my online wallet and hold it for a longer time then when the right time has come I will sell it in a high price. Furthermore; I will also invest a few amounts of bitcoin in trading so that I will earn income day by day.

You can buy altcoins and trade them for more bitcoins. Or else you can just spend them over the internet where bitpay is accepted.

Why would you want to sell any Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin is clearly going up though?
If you hold onto your Bitcoin then you could purchase more things when the price goes up.

So far the way I often do with shopping using bitcoin is by way of exchange bitcoin to the currency that I use first on the exchange of local wallets bitcoin that I use it that makes it easier for me to shop even though there are international online sites such as amazon or others who Can receive payment using bitcoin but I have never tried it because it is feared tax exposed bigger than the government.

If you can not find a website then the simplest way is selling btc for the dollar and use it normally. This may also reduce the possibility of small risks of btc fluctuations.
