In general Rex is simply also connected to real estate but not a competitor as totally different concept. Rex will have only the listing platform, while Propy was designed in a way that it will be possible to do the deals.

Well, in general if you look at the crypto market picture, so many ICOs which even don't have a good idea and/or team, so many duplicates, while Propy is a working company for several years, and has working app and existing database. Also more and more governmental structures think and talk about implementation of the crypto and blockchain technology in order to make the system more transparent and efficient. SO what I think is that the first solid projects which will start  to work now, will have all the chances to implement IRL this concept when government will be ready to accept and implement it.

Agree, good idea and I wanted to check how they make the process now but I have android mobile phone and unfortunately was not able to try the mobile application. Great, we have one more Propy's supporter who believes that the team will be able to  create and implement a system which will reliably transfer data between governmental entities, notaries and title companies.  I agree for sure it can eliminate fraud in regulated markets and will help to reduce corruption in less regulated markets.
