I think that a person has degree can't be shitty by default in general.

Last week, Propy participated and presented at CryptoFinancing Conference in London. We received interest and positive feedback from the community about Propy and spent an intensive day with our advisers from Europe and founders of other great companies as Bancor and Iconomi to learn from their after token sale experience. People say too much not about the bonus on the pre-sale but about the minimum amount of tokens you need to buy. If you want to participate in the pre-sale you need to buy 50k tokens, the price of 1 token is $1 - means you need minimum to invest $50k and on this amount you will get 10% bonus. I hope this is clear for you now.

Everything is right, but there is a possibility, that some investors may not believe, if they are offered a 100% bonus.
For them, 10% will look more realistic.
