If I want to buy a real estate property in a far away country for $1M using propy, do I have to use propy tokens worth $1M for the transaction to be succesfull?

Thanks for your question. No, PRO tokens are not used in this relation. The payment scheme is explained in our short-term - long-term timeline. Please, check the picture below. In the short-term properties are paid in fiat and using money transmitter OFX, that is a participant in the smart contract. In the long-term the payments are possible in fiat and crypto currencies. PRO tokens are necessary for the Registry fees.
